Had a takeaway from Zinga recently and again was very impressed. Ordered through JustEat but the website looks just as easy and maybe a little cheaper? Food was obviously fresh, was hot and delicious. We had the chicken tikka jalfry and the chicken tikka rogan Josh which were both really good. Along with the rice and garlic naan. The vegetable samosas to start were also delicious. I will certainly order again from here!

Have to say the food was lovely and hot with good portion sizes. But it was over an hour late on a Sunday evening (thought it would be quiet) with no apology when we were told it would be 30-40mins- not what you expect when it’s pretty pricey! Also states that you get free delivery over a certain amount and when in a certain area but the guy just said no not in your location; but that’s not what it said on their leaflet. I’m guessing their rules have changed now but a little annoying.

We have had consistently good dishes from Zinga. They’re always absolutely delicious and delivered hot. We’ve recently moved to the area and the food’s miles better than anything we had previously. The staff are also lovely, which is always nice.

Always use zinga and usually no problems, but ordered tonight for my parents anniversary meal and there was no prawns in the special balti so a little disappointing.

It took 2 hours to deliver. We had to phone 3 times and each time we were told it was on the way. We ordered through Just Eat and the app showed that it was delivered on time but it had not arrived. These people are con artists!

Forgot my rice and naan bread, rang then and they re sent, wrong AGAIN! Called them, the man was rude and laughed! Will NOT be ordering from them again. AVOID!

Ordered at 19:10 had to call at 20:20 to ask where food was was told waiting on driver another 30 minutes later nothing called again, member of staff wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t cancel the order, food arrived at the door at 20:40.I felt sorry for the lady as she’s come out as she was who I spoke to originally but cancelled the order.I’ve ordered from zinga for years and this is second time this happened. Great food when delivered right but service is severely lacking and should cap deliveries or at least call customers if the food is running late. Won’t be ordering again.
After 2 hours and 3 phone calls having been told they would deliver in 55 minutes, still no food which apparently has been out for delivery for 40 minutes now... Oh, and they cannot refund if you buy via the website, another thing you have to do for yourself. Awful service! If the food does arrive it will not be eaten!

Absolutely dreadful I ordered my usual but they forgot the rice I called them calmly and told them the mistake the man on the phone was rude and refused to refund or bring me the other rice I will be ordering again
