Very rude staff I went there to use the Jet wash to wash my car and wasn’t working I went inside to ask the staff to close it because is not working so other people don’t put money in and the staff said he doesn’t want to and when I sled why he replay to me “Ask your MUM” I was recording him as well I got him on video saying “Ask your MUM” his name is Suresh

A little tight and can get crowded on the forecourt as there is some construction work taking place.But service inside is friendly and helpful as always.Used the self service car wash, had to be super quick but was handy to wash off motorway grime

Vinthan working today jus refused to sell me cigarettes as I do not hold my physical passport. Asked yo show him my passport picture, he said no, showed him my grey hair, and asked if I could use the card documents then or driving license and he still refuses stating he can not sell me tobacco because I look young to him. Never returning to this BP and first time in the UK being refused to by cigarettes at 32 years old because he refuses to accept electronic ID or car documents whatsoever. The worst and rudest employee ever named Vinthan. Never coming back for petrol not products

The same cashier always tells customers that both the gas and electric machines are out of order and won't ever top up. I'm getting very annoyed by this guy

My experience was horrible, everytime I go there and buy something the staff never day hello the reception is really bad. I asked the man at the counter why he kept on behaving like this towards me and he said he didn’t know. I just wanted to top up my heating for winter.

Average price for fuel considering the local competition, but avoid the jet wash, as it runs out far too quickly and is not good value for money.

Never had a problem here tbf, you don't go to a petrol station to talk to the staff just tell them your pump number and if you need cigs etc just ask its not rocket science staff are good during day time hours not been during the evening no problem here
