Quaint little gas stop with some charm, but the giant mascot is a head-scratcher. It’s a nod to an old oil field, which feels off given today's eco-awareness. BP's push in delicate places, especially with environmental debates, feels off-key. A rethink for respect wouldn’t hurt.

The night of the 23rd September I went to collect food through the app good to go,I have been using the app for a long time, all the shop I bought from were considered and change the food base on my religion as being Muslim I don't eat pork,I asked them, nicely if you can change it,when he called to hand over the back ,he asked to never come back and never pick this location again ,people who was there was shocked,he was rude and racist ,he should be fired for being that rude, based on the reviews, I am not the only one unfortunately, the people who was there should be fired ,they are ruining that petrol station.

Rude staff looking at their phones instead of doing their jobs. No lol roll in the WC. WC itself is the dirtiest petrol station toilet I’ve ever been in, smelling of pee and without loo roll. Disgrace

This place was absolutely disgusting! I stopped here to use the toilet and I walked in to find it was overflowing with urine and blocked at the bottom. The sink and baby changing table were brown, plus their was no toilet paper or water. The floor was wet with urine and the smell was beyond disgusting. Someone needs to take serious actions

Went to this garage the other day in a rush to work, the bald employee behind the counter didn’t turn the pump on for 5 minutes because he was making several coffees, feel as though petrols more important considering it’s a petrol station & not a starbucks, went inside the garage & told him can he turn the pump on, he told me to wait so I went outside again for another few minutes just for him not to turn on the pump in the end even though he was standing next to the counter, lazy guy

Worst 24/7 petrol station, on multiple times I get told it's closed. I wouldn't mind if it was always the same time but it's when ever they feel like not working.

On the night of 30/10/2022 at 21:07 the staff members working that day were extremely rude towards me. There were two staff member as I recall. At first they did not open the pump to fill Unleaded petrol in my vehicle, so I went in the store to ask the staff members if there was any problem. They did not specify to me and when I went back to my vehicle both of the staff members started laughing on my behind ?. They looked like as if they were having fun playing jokes on customers and laughing at customers mystery. Will definitely avoid using this petrol pump in the future.

Today I stopped here to get fuel around 7am. At the cashier the man was wearing winter hat and he did not hear what i said. He was very rude, other people were witness and had the same opinion like me. This kind of person is not allowed to work in this position. There is recording of this. I hope who is in charge will do something. If I pay for a service I except a standard level.

Went to Marks and Spencer store attached to the petrol station. They sell pretty much all the essentials. Even warm food. Store is open twenty four hours

Just used car wash, it was £8, for Super wash but no foam at all which should be at this price. Won't bother with this Garage, always had unpleasant experience at this particular garage. I think staff and manager need changing.

Visited this particular garage for a coffee after a very long stressful shift, purchased £13+ of food and approached the till, and asked for two coffees for me and my colleague, showed the staff our NHS ID cards for lattes which are £1 for us, and was refused with a smile and made to feel embarrassed when we were told we couldn’t have them at NHS price as we weren’t ‘a proper ambulance’ the staff were informed we were indeed ‘proper’ but we were still refused because we weren’t wearing the standard green uniform. At this time we were wearing blue, my colleague was wearing a flight suit, yep.... we were part of a air ambulance, a pilot and medic, which I would say is pretty ‘proper’ but we were still refused. We left without purchasing anything. Rude and like to make their customers feel very small. Not good BP. The worst part of this wasn’t because we weren’t getting a cheap coffee, it was being belittled in front of paying customers.
