The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming, the staff are very helpful, and the coffee is amazing! I was a customer at another cafe in town that was not as good as this one.

I had to use a mask to be able to use the toilet.I think this was the dirtiest toilet i have ever been in .The smell was .. making me sick

Costa, at Acton 4/17/23 afternoon after enjoying their coffee our mother wants to use the bathroom and one of the barista refused to let her use the bathroom. Around 5:50pm he told us that he is cleaning and will close it. We begged him to let us in and refused. But opened for other customer.His female co-worker finally helped us.\\nWhy they close bathroom before the end of service hours. I never seen any adult who can say no for old mother to use a bathroom.
