we always collect our pizzas - sometimes not cut fully, sometimes our half-and-halfs get contaminated, but really nothing to complain about! pizzas are salty but yummy.

I've consistently ordered from this branch for the last 3-4 years. I'm think management has changed or something but there has been a number of times where items have been forgotten and the worker said they can add it to the next order when I am in. However this did not happen and when I mentioned it he said he did add it to order, which is false. My last few orders with them took over an hour long which never was the case in the last 3-4 years. The last time I ordered and it was just an hour and still didn't receive my order and had to call and even then the staff member didn't even apologise for the delay and said he didn't know what happened to my order...The last time I'll be spending my money here!

Good food, horrible experience with the staff. I placed an order and waited for about 1 hour. I tried calling the shop multiple times and only at the thrird call they picked up, then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they did not have any order from me or my number, even if I told her on several occasions that I was a regular customer and that I had the receipt of the payment. So, not onlywas I being "accused" of lying, but she was also impossible to have a conversation with. Only at the end she realised that what I was saying was true, and told me to wait other 20 minutes because they had only one driver. Yet I don't think it's a good reason to be rude to someone who's seeking help.

Domino Pizza staffs was disrespectful.I order a Pizza and some sides from Domino Pizza Ealing common on 16/10/2022. After about 20 minutes waits for the delivery; a member of staff telephoned to state that they were short staff and that the Pizza may take up to 2 hours for delivery. They requested that I either personally pick up the Pizza or they can refund my money which would take 3-5 working days.I then ask the staff member what incentive would be given for me picking up the Pizza given that I had already paid for a delivery service. This person was so rude in their response and in the end i had to ask for a manager. The manager then came on the phone and it was clear that she was brief by her staff. She too was extremely rude and didn't consider the situation a fault of there's or one that they feel they need to address. even after they admit that it was due to being short staff.Their blatant disrespect, their smirks during face to face conversation and their mannerism all demonstrated a lack of appreciation for the customer.

Tried to order pizzas on line .tried to track the status only to find it was being prepared for nearly 2 hour please it's not Marco Pierre White it's a bloody pizza . After 3 attempts via the telephone I was told they were extremely busy and it would be at least another hour. I cancelled as I think it's unacceptable that a pizza can take 2 hours. Before it's even delivered. Oh and they got their money upfront but I am expected to wait 5 working days in reality that will be 7 as it's the weekend. Insult to injury and a spoilt evening with no dinner. Thanks. The moral of the experience is if you want fast food it's better to cook it yourself .

A huge thanks to the lady I spoke to today! I called at least 4 times as I couldn’t figure out how to get the best deal for my sons birthday party. She was super patient and talked me through everything and made sure all of our delicious great value pizzas were delivered on time! Thank you again!
