Really helpful staff, even though it was so busy they were so happy to assist our party with any requests and the service was really quick. Didn't get hos name but the security officer/door guard who was on duty was also a credit to the team.

I ordered on Uber and it took over an hour and a half for me to receive my order and I was informed by the driver that McDonalds actually cancelled my order but didn’t inform me, thankfully the driver convinced them to make my order so I did eventually get it. However I had customisation to my food but didn’t get any of the customisation. Very poor service from this McDonald’s

Waited over 20 minutes for order, serious lack of information as to why, eventually told there was an issue with the hash brown machine, but lots of other customers getting there hash browns despite ordering after me. No real apology given. Wouldn't return to this McDonald's, they need to up their game.

Very slow at drive through just for a coffee, though better than most other chains such as Costa or Gail's especially on price but slower.. The South Ruislip branch is incredibly slow,always missing the order but makes the best white coffee, strange! Perhaps as have the newest machines and not overused yet!

Worst Management,firstly they gave interview date and time and when the candidate arrives there for the interview they delayed the interview for 2 consecutive days and gives the same excuse the the manager is not in,he's on leave we took half days off for two consecutive days,wasted transportation charge and guess what on the third day the manager didn't arrived some other person from staff takes the interview and doesn't provide proper assurance on interview results moreover the kiosks doesn't display printed receipts nor it shows order number.

It’s the most disgusting MCD’s ever.Service is terrible.Went to get food at 2am and she said you coming at this time and u went fresh food,!!!!!!Literally gave us a food that a dog cannot eat it.

Ordered a filet o fish meal no cheese and as usual got the cheese even tho I said it is no cheese. Couldn't go back and not one answers phone. Ended up throwing it away as hate cheese smell. Hopefully one day...UPDATE Went back a couple of days later and the manager (Annamarie I think) kindly gave me a filet o fish burger as a replacement and apologised for any inconvenience. That's all I wanted and thank again once again

Came here to order a burger for my aunt who is in hospital & can’t eat spicy food, asked specifically for the Big Mac sauce to be kept separate and they said ‘no’ when I asked ‘why’ they said ‘manager said that’s extra work we don’t need to do that’s NEVER. HAVE. I. EVER. BEEN SO APPALLED BY SERVICE in my life!! I also ordered a grilled chicken salad for myself .. I mean look at the pathetic salad. I even asked them what this was as it was half falling out the box as well and they literally said ‘take it or leave it’

Horrible food. The fish burger was so tiny and had barely any sauce! I was shocked to see how small the fish became these days! Next time they should leave a note saying we used to serve fish inside this bun !!The big mac caused my relative a diarrhea for 3 days! What's is that!!Kids meal were ok..The toilets were disgusting and smelly. The tables and seat were greasy... I'm shocked

I feel sorry for the staff. It was absolute carnage when I went in. Drive thru was closed so we walked in, loads of people just crowded at the desk shouting at one poor staff member who looked over it. The manager wasn't taking charge of anything. The ticket machine didn't work so no one has a clue whose food was coming out. I patiently waited for 45 mins because everyone else was shouting. My order was missed. The staff member very kindly made it himself, rushing around but then neglecting the whole front of the restaurant. Absolutely awful. Also I ended up with medium meals instead of large because it was just too hectic. Needs to seriously sort out it's staffing issues.

Actually i have love-hate feelings about this McDonald's. It's 24/7 and it's always clean. Usually there is no queue.Once I've been there, the system stopped working, usually there are "only take away orders" and twice they forgot about something in my order.
