The most incompetent staff work at this branch every single time I place an order via deliveroo items are either missing or incorrect. It's almost like they do it on purpose because you've placed your order online and are not standing at the counter watching them so they can't piss about. Numerous refunds from deliveroo because of these idiots. Top tip advise your staff to actually read what's on a customers order not just chuck whatever they think you're deserving of in the bag

I can’t believe i waited 2 hours for my meal when both stores are 10 minute walk each way!!! Uber Drivers always outside sitting on their motorbike’s!!! Cold stale chips and burgers too!!!!! Not just a one off but few times do NOT order from Ealing Broadway branch!!! Order from ACTON High Street instead!!

I Stood at the counter on my own a few minutes, although whole of the staff, including the head of the staff in a white tee shirt, was busy only chatting to each other, just like what happens in the third world countries, while I was gazing at my bag which had already been prepared, packed and placed on the shelf with my order number 049 displayed on it. I can confirm that I was the only customer at the counter at that moment. So upset I was at the staff's attitude but the food tasted excellent.

Vibrant place, quick service even though it is busy. There is a side road right next to the Acton MacDonald to temporarily park. It is also next to banks and other shops. There is a man by the door who cleans and is so welcoming too.

I think this is fair 3 stars tbh food isn’t bad and service is alright can be slow. But not a place you want to eat in. The sitting area and toilets are disgusting but otherwise

Placed an order via just eat for delivery for it to be cancelled after an hour. Placed the order again, it eventually arrived minus all of the food, we only got the drinks. Then went to the restaurant to collect and after a lengthy wait got our bag of cold food. Got home, opened the bag and lo and behold that was wrong too. No fries and a burger we wanted items removed from was just the standard version. Very poor service from this branch and it's not the first time. Will not be using again, avoid if you can

dont order delivery from here , they package whatever they want in whatever bags without checking the order clearly and send it out the countless times ive had completely different items in my bag is insane let alone the food that i did actually get had ingridedients i specifically said not to put it. awful.
