Service was good although they only had 1 staff member on one of the 4 tills they had to order. Very very very disappointing service and timing. As you can see in the picture we were 3 people but only 2 of our food has been sent out and the 3rd wasn’t brought. And you can see that the nandos stick was still on the table. From my previous visits I discovered that waiters usually come around to look for those sticks at the table and would ask if everything is okay before taking that. In this case we had finished our meals the the stick was yet to be collected. So we had no check up whatsoever. We had to get the last meal as a takeaway. Not impressed.

I got very disappointed on my last experience in this restaurant,Poor management and very low customer service quality made me feel like not to want to go to my local branch anymore.Staff are super rude and unprofessional and unhelpful!It was only KIKA the wembley branch supervisor who was temporarily there and made me stay and continue having my dinner thanks for her support ,As their staff treatments made us frustrated, with not answering your questions or giving you the service they supposed to at all!It is a big shame, and I hope their management team considers to fully train their staff or at least hire some polite people who not gives you negative vibes while you are out for dinner to have some good time and enjoy.Their quality goes down every time we go there something is out of stock without giving you a notice, with same or higher prices you get less portion with an item cut out from it!Very disappointing!Please watch out your team behaviour ,their role is the most important reason to keep your customers satisfied if you care!

Always love Nandos and Park Royal is my favourite. There were a lot of us so had a bit of a wait for our table but ended up being less than we were originally told. We were served by Vino who was very patient considering we had a huge order! He was also very lovely and funny. Best customer service! Food came pretty quickly considering how busy it was, and was lovely as always.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and it turned out to be a good choice. The place had ample seating, which was a relief as we were a large group. The food was served hot and was undeniably tasty. The only drawback was that the acknowledgment upon arrival was a bit slow. Nevertheless, our overall experience was quite positive. I would recommend this place for a satisfying meal with friends or family.

Worst experience at any Nandos restaurant I’ve ever been to. To begin with, the staff member who served me made an error and overcharged me for my meal. When I brought this to his attention he responded with an attitude and did not even apologise but did correct the error.Also the food was poor. They also gave me plain chips when I ordered peri- peri chips, a fino pitta which was literally falling apart after I’d eaten half of it and to top it off burnt garlic bread. Will not be returning to this branch again. Very disappointing all round Nando’s!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Nando’s Park Royal. Unfortunately, the last two times I visited this place, it was a complete letdown. Firstly, my orders were consistently wrong, and to top it off, I was overcharged on both occasions. When I politely addressed the issues with the staff, I was met with a surprising amount of attitude. It’s disheartening to receive such treatment when you approach a situation calmly and respectfully. What bothered me the most was the store manager, Voni, who seemed to be utterly disinterested in resolving the problems. He lacked the basic customer service skills one would expect from a manager, had a disgusting attitude. Additionally, another lady whose name I can’t recall, was just as unhelpful. The whole experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice day out. I can’t emphasize enough how much this negatively impacted the mood and overall enjoyment. I genuinely regret visiting Nando’s Park Royal and will certainly avoid it in the future. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience and friendly staff, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other options in the area that will treat you with the respect and courtesy you deserve. In short, save yourself the trouble and find another place to dine. Nando’s Park Royal, you have a lot of room for improvement if you want to keep customers coming back.

Have been here several times and always been served great food with wonderful service even on really busy Saturday evenings. Came here today and had a really unpleasant experience with an entitled customer who was abusive to my friend as he felt that we had ‘taken his parking space’. I would like to thank Nando’s staff member Mohammed who was at the door and removed us from the uncomfortable situation by allowing us to sit in a separate area to this abusive man whilst we were waiting for our table. This de-escalated the situation and we were allocated our table shortly after. Food was 10/10 as always.
The service provided by one the staff named “Vino” was outstanding. He created the atmosphere of our dine to the next level. Thank you and wish to see him again.Vegetarian options: We would like to have more veggie option like we got meat… boiled peas would be good
