Ordered a delivery. Was tracking delivery. Sat in the kitchen for ages before being picked up for delivery. Arrived cold and not properly sliced through. Hardly any toppings on the pizza. I normally like a Papa Johns, but I won’t be ordering again.

Phoned to place an order for collection. Guy told me no. He said he was "resetting the system". I said OK, how about if I come and order in person. He said no, you'll have to wait over 30mins. Judging by other reviews this place is an absolute shambles.

The food was OK, but the problem is that at the moment we were ordering the food, the guy who attended us wasn't paying attention at all. Finally, we took the pizzas, and the moment we were at home, we realised that they weren't the ones that we ordered. Kinda disgusting.

IN ATTENTION OF THE MANAGERWORST service EVER. My pizza was raw even if I called before ask asked to be well done. Nina screamed at me when I called to complaint saying that she doesn't have time and she hang up the phone. I expect the MANAGER to contact me as Nina refused to let me complain. This isn't the first time she is shouting and hangs up the phone. LAST TIME I AM ORDERING FROM HERE

Called the store as the tracker was not updating and was shouted by the lady staff that my order was on his way, she's very aggressive and rude!I ended the call as she didn't allow me to speak, and then she called me back to apologize but again very aggressive and rude saying she was too busy and didn't even allow me to speak.
