I went in there for a hot chocolate , ordered and ask the lady Miss nurjahan to put some extra chocolate and literally she shout onto my face it’s not possible- then I ask I can pay if they have add on something- her answer was no this is standard we font go beyond … what an utter customer service … where is my rights as an customer and finally I left without having my drinks ( feel ashamed in front of other people) terrible customer serviceThis lady not belongs for front of house …

Went in today at around 16:30, a lady with a pram just leaving and now only me. I walked up to the counter waiting to purchase something warm. The lady serving was chatting to someone in the kitchen area and having a giggle. That's cool with me. She turned round saw me waiting and then turned back to complete her own conversation. That's not cool with me.I then just turned and left, as I looked behind the lady came to the counter. Sorry but if your conversations are worth more than serving me, which they are because you are getting paid, and I do understand that it will be minimal pay, but I am off out of there. Nothing personal, I just like a bit of service and respect please.

Went to pick up my daily coffee from both shops in wood green. 1 closed at 1430 and the other doesn't close until 4pm however for some reason they closed the machine 30 minutes before the branch.When I asked the cashier why it was closed half an hour before closing time he responded with a dirty look and said "are you alright? YES WE CLOSE 30 MINUTES EARLY" Costa Coffee will be supplying me my coffee from now on.

hey never have any food beyond 3pm, what's the point in opening til 6pm? Just close at 3pm. Staff are never willing to actually make a sandwich, God forbid, anyone would think it's an actual bakery.
