I go there when I want to something delicious to eat. They stock some really fantastic treats. One thing though there are too many shoplifters that take the trouble to go into the shop and steal what ever they feel like. You should have seen this afternoon. It happened when it was lunchtime. Three young boys then another adult. You need to put a security guard in there in the future to control and stop this from happening.

Food is great, good selection, prices are fantastic, need to get their early food sells out very fast. Staff are all professional and friendly at all times. Highly recommend.

Firstly the USP for this company is cheap, no frills produce and that it does so well. However the last few times I have frequented this and other Greggs establishments my experience of them has been very poor. I went in for a cup of tea and waited in line, a small queue. One guy was serving, it did take a long time but I got my tea and went to the milk/sugar station to put milk in. Alas no milk and myself and another chap went to get milk. The single guy serving dealt with us while another queue member started to get irate and voiced this annoyance.I then went and sat on the only clean table as others were dirty, crumbs, left cups etc. I sat down and 15 minutes later a young man came in and helped himself to some drinks. A lady came from the back and said 'hey'. The guy looked at her and took another drink and walked out of the shop. I sat down for a further 10 minutes the tables still not cleaned and the milk not filled. I wish I could say that the theft was a one time thing. I have seen it in Ilford twice, Lewisham twice and also Romford. So I am not going in any more as I don't want my price hikes to go to out of control thieves and a company that allows this to occur.

I always go to greggs early in the mornings at 6:45 - 6:55am on 5th May . And never have I felt so unwelcome before. I asked the lady if she could help me with my greggs app as I didn’t know how to use my rewards. I showed her the app rewards and she said “ What drink ? “. Quite snappy. So I replied back saying I want a latte. She immediately gave me a latte that was just sitting on the side, which took her 0.1sec to make?I took the drink and went over to the sugar section to add my desired amount of sugar. 1) the “LATTE “ was pipping hot and 2) it wasn’t even a latte. The drink was watered down and I couldn’t taste any milk. I’ve worked as a barista in the past for 6years and that wasn’t a latte. The coffee itself was rather dark. My guess is that she just handed a random drink that was made wrong or mistake by someone else and was just sitting there.Her thinking I was young and naive probably thought I wouldn’t tell. Like I said I was a barista in the past but what concerns me the most is … how can you make me a drink in 1sec ?? And the audacity to serve me a drink that was left on the side and the drink was pipping hot.As the drink was free I didn’t bother to complain but if I had purchased it with my own money then I would definitely go to her and complain. But seriously.. what the hell greggs ? What is wrong with your employees.

I end up going towards the afternoon because of work and they seem to be always so low on stock. I understand they bake it fresh so don't want much to go to waste but it still sucks getting what feels like the scraps...Otherwise I enjoy the occasional pasty and donut if they are in stock just like any other greggs
