I was very disappointed I use to like having dinner there but it seems since management has changed the level has also downgraded.The place itself is quite filthy,the toilet "ladies"is dirty It looks like nobody check them and clean them.On top of that there was a mouse in the restaurant unbelievable!!!The foods are not yummy anymore taste like they are not fresh and that they have been reheated.The choice of desert is appalling.There are more can fruits than fresh fruits.And the sushis are awful.I will not go there anymore after spending £22 for a buffet that is not worth it.It is a rip off.The only good thing is that the staffs are friendly and that the person who was on the grill was very nice and did a very good job.The menus should be reviewed and more freshly prepared foods should be provided.

I came here for Sunday lunch.The cost was £24. You would expect a lot of choice for that but sadly no.It compares badly to their Luton branch. For example no dim sum,no roast duck,no tomatoes or beetroot,no sliced apples.I did not consider this value for money and would prefer to travel 28 miles to Luton than 5 miles here.

I’ve visited on /8/10/23, it was horrible the plates had dirt on every plate we had to clean it, the food was so greasy and cheap quality the desserts were so cheap not even fresh ive left my plate fully behind, you pay £24 each person they have measurements for children if they are taller than their age you have to pay adult price ,we were so uncomfortable of people just staring at us even my daughter its just not a quality place well not for me!! Also drinks are not included good luck

i’ve been going here for a very long time with my eldest daughter we used to love it here but everytime we come here the price increases and the food is absolutely horrible. One of the cooks there very rude and can’t cook properly DISGUSTING.

Went there last Sunday around 7.30pm. The team was more busy chatting to themselves rather than checking up on customer or cleaning around (on the floor was dropped food and they didn’t bother to clean it up). Whatever food was finished around 8pm they didn’t bother to make up a new batch. At 8.30pm they started cleaning up for closing, didn’t care about customer still dinning in. The music from the bar was so loud it really made atmosphere bad. I had a cake that was off, had food poisoning after. Plates were dirty, full of dust in food area. I used to love to go to this buffet but seems like the priorities and standards has changed, zero attention given to customers, absolutely terrible service and not worth the price! Half of the food was gone 45min before closing! At least charge less if you are not offering full range of food before closing. Also the visit of EHO should be arranged to this place as the food safety is not followed at all… absolutely disappointing.

I love this place and just having all this yummy food available for me to taste is heaven. I love the fact that they grill fresh seafood infront of you is awesome. I always go for seafood but you have a choice of fish and/or grilled meat too. Everything is labelled so you know what's in the dishes and they cater for vegetarian as well. He rudely answered and humiliated in front of all the staffs “ I don’t need permission from you to close the air conditioning and also shouted to my family member “ did you buy the restaurant for £24 spending. The food was very salty and spicy. Not vegan food options at all. We were mayority vegans and vegetarians. My friends couldn't have a proper meal. Nuddles, bread had eggs, sauces had fish. Not even desserts are without eggs and diry. Fruits were not fresh.One of my friends who ate meat got sick afterwards. Cuttlery was not proper clean.I was happy to share night with my friends who came all this night but I am disappointed about the food because no-one was happy.Two friends of mine had experience in JRC buffet in Croydon and Oxford and those ones offers more viriety and the quality of the food is good.

I visited this restaurant with family while I was visiting the UK and my experience was not the best. The atmosphere initially seemed okay however it took a turn for the worse. There were numerous fruit flies hovering around my table and no matter how many of them were killed, they just kept repopulating. A worker was made aware of the situation and he said he never saw a fruit fly in the vicinity before, while he was in the process of killing the fruit fly; the worker said he will inform his manager ASAP of the current situation. The assistant manager came over to the table and we told him about the fruit fly situation we were having which he could clearly see as they were hovering around us. His answer was that this is fruit fly season and there are fruit flies in every restaurant; to be honest, I have never seen this amount of fruit flies in every single restaurant on a single occasion. The contradictory answers between the first worker who claimed he's never seen a fruit fly in the restaurant before and the assistant manager who said that this is unavoidable due to fruit fly season had me questioning the cleanliness of the restaurant, clearly one was covering up for another. I have been to numerous buffets in America and have yet to witness the vast amount of fruit flies in a single sitting. I would not recommend this place at all.
