This is the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced twice now I have had a delivery from them and twice they have NOT put any of the burgers in the orders I am owed around £28 to which both McDonald's and mcdelivery have refused to refund they are stealing people's money by failing to send out correct orders with all of what is ordered so if you do not wish too lose you money stop using this place they are just thieving criminals deceiving people to take there money for no goods what a disgrace that they can't even get an order correctly packed and delivered how many people have had this and how much money do they owe you members of the public that have had this same problem and no refund and probably amounts to thousands of pounds there need to be an investigation and lawsuit need to be done on this company to get bk people's money

Extremely busy , staff aren't able to deal with it. The staff also has 0 customer service skills. Cleaning lady was dusting the floor while I was having my meal . Disgusting place !

Well, not many times reviewer. wednesday 7.54pm order for one person. 3rd person manage, thank you ENZO.Arriving 50 minutes later cold, best to have a cheese burger or fries. its a fast food restaurant we are talking about, how lucky I am. That was a time when delivery got busy and just declined all orders, would upset people, but still was better than giving horrible food , for people the money matters. Great, thanks

Very busy McDonald's, looking to change it with the one in high street opposite lidl as lately I got a lot of wrong orders.Double check your order (if is take away) as ALWAYS forget something. From drinks to sauce, less nuggets than supposed to be, to vegan patty even tho you paid £1.1 extra.

I miss the days when you would order at the till and your food was there almost straight away. These days there is nothing fast about it. Either the screens or the app you still wait for your order through the hoarders of ubereats etc. If you want till service then the wait is just as long and then you still wait for your food. Just the time it takes now and the price is not worth it anymore. To me is precious and everyone is busy so the extra time it takes now is becoming redundant.
It's McDonald’s!! It is a small branch and very busy. Food was very good though!

Only good when manager male is there, I went there they mess my order up, and I went to tell them, the girl serving me she was giving attitude, proper rude, I used to come here after work nigh-times and have a burger and was amazing, but now burgers are all dry buns they break apart and in general not good, still better McDonald’s than the other one in Wood Green, they need to step up in the food, fries they good but a bit soggy sometimes.

When I walked in all you could hear is the manager and a driver yelling and swearing at each other. Good start. Ordered food at the self service kiosk. It was ready in a few minutes. The manager called my order number. Didnt say hello or what so ever just pushed the tray against me and turned away. I understand hospitality work might be very stressful time to time but this kind of attitude (especially from a manager) is very upsetting.

I am a vegetarian and I ordered a vegetarian meal. It wasn’t until I left that I realised they gave me a double quarter pounder. I am furious, and very hungry. Avoid this McDonalds like the plague - bad service and even worse food.
