I love Nando's and my favourite branch is in Wood Green. I have received a fantastic service by Michal and Greg. They were very friendly and approachable and meal was quick and very tasty. I shall be back soon. Well done guys!

Very unhappy…The back of the restaurant smells very bad, so we asked to be sited in a dif place but the co worker was very unpleasant and refused. So we decided to take away.Conclusion :*The restaurant was quiet and more table were available.*We wait 35min for the food*We arrived home and guess what - the order was wrong* We called the restaurant and a lovely lady pick up the phone and offered a voucher, but we repete our name / tel/ email more than 6 times. I believe the line was bad

The atmosphere and service was great however the Mac and cheese does not taste good at all. I don’t think think it’s seasoned well and honestly it taste like garlic sauce with pasta and it’s not cheesy at all.

Ordered a boneless wrap, food turned up with two sharp bones inside of it, spoken to Nandos customer service who were absolutely useless and said send an email and they will reply in 48 hours. Tried to call Wood Green Nandos 3/4 times and it just rings no one answers.

This place has to be the best nandoes I've been to by far!! Attention to detail and customer service is at its finest, not to mention the taste and quality of food. Defo my go to, everytime!! Thanks to all the staff there for always being soo merry! P.s manager Alex is the best :))

First of all everything good staff ready friendly and good atmosphere, when I arrived with my mother the music was really loud for us so we ask to the the staff to put it down and they did which I appreciate, special thanks to Charlotte, the only negative point I would give it's they where low staff so they took a bit of time to get the food and the drinks, even do the food took hes time the drinks came even later, apart from that its a nice place to go with your family
Nando's does not disappoint for those that appreciate the food. This site is no different. The only let down was the amount of times we were asked if everything was ok, while with our mouths full on all occasions which became annoying after the third time. Restaurant had plenty of empty tables at the time, so it was not as if the table was needed and they were hurrying us to leave. Sat on the ground floor area, by the stairs, so had one of the girls standing there and who I assume was the manager standing behind us. Sat on the first floor previously, which was a more intimate and enjoyable experience.

We placed an order, and we waited 45 minutes, but yet no food arrived. We asked the workers; he said it was cooking, but when he went over to check, he then said the order was forgotten. I felt like just because we were Muslim and dressed differently, we didn't get the attention needed. I only went to Nando's because of my kids, who wanted to go. I will never go to Nando's again. It has gone downhill, and sure, poor management and poor service

I came Nandos for a casual dinner with one of my friends, i was greeted very respectfully by Austin, he told us to grab a seat and attended to us very quickly. When i came in i asked if it was possible to be seated somewhere with a plug due to my phone battery being low,he tried his very best to accommodate for this and had me and my friend seated in the first available seat with a plug.His kindness and professionalism coupled with the great food and atmosphere left us both very impressed.Many thanks to Austin and the team.
