I go to pret almost on a daily basis, this is mainly because their £30 subscription is worth it. It is 5minutes from work, I can grab their best drink (Matcha Latte) and then get on with my day. The food options are really good and they do change quite regularly. The salads are healthy, sandwiches high quality and the selection of hot food is great! I am always in for a treat.I specifically enjoyed their Christmas menu this year the hot rolls were lovely.Generally I can't choose what I want and end up getting two item, thanks to the subscription the 20% makes it possible!A shout out to the friendly staff, very sweet and welcoming.Vegetarian options: There are loads of vegetarian options for breakfast lunch and dinner, always soups, hot food, meatless meatball wrap (which tastes as good as the neat variant) and sandwiches and salads.Dietary restrictions: There is truly something for everyone, I am intolerant to gluten and lactose and I'm always spoilt for choice! There are vegan options, vegetarian options, fish options etc. Something for everyone!

Worst Pret to have ever seen! Disgusting staff especially manager called EWALINA and girl with extreme long lashes and black hair. Absolute disgrace and lack of professionalism especially a so called manager. Please train ur staff before giving them jobs in a customer service role.

Why no filter coffee at weekends morning guys? It’s been 3 times same thing otherwise I don’t complain but 3 times was enough to get bad review.

Rude and bad service by the Muslim girl who works as hot chef. Apparently, she doesn't know Pret's moto " customer first, task seconds" she always leave customers waiting while she does other things. I used to work in that shop and I know she was lying about having one till open at the time. I missed one more time my bus to work because of her laziness.

Coffee is very slow, bordering on stressful.Pret doesn’t seem setup for the Pret subscription. I.e like the recurring revenue, but only have one person serving coffee when demand has increased.

The worse Pret I have visited yet. Took a while to get served, got completely ignored when it was my turn. My membership code would't scan and I was offered no help. Sever just chatting with colleagues. Paid full price. Sat at table full of cups and bags from several previous customers. Had to make space on the table myself. Then my table was cleared which was just a disruption having everything lifted over me. Couldn't see through the window as it was stacked with milk cartons. No one looked busy or bothered. Food and coffee was nice as always but shame about the place.

Not the best Pret cappuccino I’ve had! …it was pretty awful in comparison, to tell the truth! …standards are slipping!

I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by Pret a Manger in Wood Green if you find yourself in the area. The team there is consistently delightful and welcoming, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. A special shoutout to Antzela, whose cheerful demeanor never fails to brighten my day!

I ordered a black tea which took forever to be prepared and was did not come with a cup sleeve, which made it very difficult to hold as it was really HOT!I also asked for tap-water, which I was directed to a tap. However, I was not given any thing to access the water. I was told by the barrister that it cost too much for them to provide a paper cup, I then kindly ask for a mug, that also was not an option. Not everyone walks around with a mug or a cup, as prett expects. The barrister had an attitude and was really rude, clearly not enjoying her job. I’m pretty sure when an establishment is a licensed premises, they have to provide you with tap water legally.Regardless, I will not be going there again. I would rather stick to Costa… considering all the controversy that prett goes into, poor customer service should be expected. It’s not the fact that they did not provide tap water. It’s the customer service and the delivery, for that reason i will not be returning.

Today I bought coffee from your Wood Green branch and I asked them for a plastic container for drinking water and they told me that they could not give me a plastic container, so I rightly called the managers and asked them why, of course they told me that this place is a private pret and they have plastic containers, my question is Pret does not differ everywhere? Answer is pret

Pret used to be the only mainstream coffee outlet I used but now that has to stop. The initiation of Pret Club, which is a great deal if you have it, has made purchases without it way too expensive. The service here is not always on point as with most other Pret's but it is busy and one can see the staff are run off their feet. They have good food and good veggie options. However I am not going to pay way over the top so others can benefit from extensive perks. Great for those that are club members and would highly recommend if you use Pret on a daily basis.
