Service very slow, lots of frustration in the queue. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned as had been neglected.

Came here for Vegan Sandwich. Salad counter was so dirty. Guy over the counter using same knife for cutting all the sandwiches. No clean tables, dirt floor, staff incompetent and do not care attitude.

Subway food is subway food but this place is badly managed so usually messy when busy and staff only trained to a minimum. Some issue they didn't understand or able to resolve with my subway loyalty card, took a new one they said I couldn't use until it was registered..... When trying to register the new card...... "Email address already registered........???" experienced coming her with kids for kids meals w toys...... And only at the payment process did they tell us they had run-out of the kids toys. Kids not impressed!

Avoid in the mornings. Not only is the no fresh rolls. No fresh rolls are being baked despite opening at 8am. The lettuce is clearly not fresh, cucumber seen better days. Tiny flys flying around salad. I advice you to use the subway in the shopping centre (upstairs).
I don't know why everyone is give negative views on this. This shop is perfect, has good service and everything. There are really nice and kind servers. Can't wait to get there the 8th time. Food is highly recommended. It May be expensive but it's so worth it. It's perfect. I'm going to go there again tomorrow.😋😋now I'm hungry😂

By far the WORST customer service at any subway. The server literally threw the food around, the meat was hanging out of the roll.... they ran out of food and had only 2 kinds of bread left. In a peak day at lunch time. And to top it all off, the guy was angry, impatient, and needs to work out what a belt is because I do not want to see his hairy butt crack.
Between the people eating, we have collectively worked in retail for 25 years... and if we had ever treated a customer like he treated us, we’d have been sacked. Just saying...

Cold sandwich, no chrisps , no italian herbs and cheese bread as always.. workers very slow and don't even know how to make sandwiches properly..
