Rejected my order on deliveroo after 10-15 minutes of waiting. Not first time they've done this too. Starbucks and cafe nero never reject orders and usually accept straight away.Leaving 3 stars as I'm a regular customer at costa however costa seriously have to up their game on delivery platforms.Yes you might be busy but so are Starbucks and cafe nero.

The best thing:stuff are friendly. We did not have toilet for one week and we were eating and drinking coffee there and used their toilet.what can I say about this place, a small costa, nothing special.The stuff are very helpful and nice. I hope they get paid fair money

Service was top, the gentleman serving was conversational and made the experience of buying, being informed of the service within COVID-19 hygiene in place, etc. a pleasant one. Place was regularly kept clean and hygienic by the staff members.The mango and passion fruit drink was cooling on a warm summer day.They use paper straw which is a positive for the environment, however, if you're drinking it slowly you might need a second one for the last half of the consumption as it can get damp and bend, otherwise the straw is sturdy.They have outside seating so it's a pleasurable experience during the sunny days.
Good service, friendly staff. Seem to have a reduced selection of food, this is quite understandable during covid. Store was only open for takeaway. Very quiet when I visited and I was served right away. Would definitely come back here again.

The best staff ever .coffee shop is absolutely excellent the place is always clean.nothing is a problem for the staff .and up on COVID .and handy for when you’re shopping.there is a few on Hollaway road .but me and my partner only will go here because the staff are excellent.and make you so welcome.well done to them

Staff are always rude, probably because they are always on their own. I go every friday while my daughter does ballet. But today was the last straw. I think they need more training.

Staff was alone when we pop in for coffee and cake, but she managed well. The only problem was the lady who came in from the street and started hassling customers by being rude. I didn't expect that in the Cafe, normally on the street.
