It does have a bit of a grim feel, but it's there and there is food and toilets. I usually get served quite quickly, but don't tend to go at peak times.

The food was okay but the store felt rundown and did not cared for the décor was damaged and did not look at its best. Staff were busy and did their job but no smiles just called your number seemed to be a lack of customer service with a smile or the welcoming feeling.

Archway branch is a small and busy place. McDonald's has become overpriced, and the quality of the food has gone downhill for me. I think I'll be keeping my distance from all McDs for a while.

Dirty toilets ? staff unprofessional joking amongst themselves as they served customers like they were doing us a favour being there infact the Manager was shouting at an Asian girl ? you blushing innit ? i see you very inappropriate ? ? ? ? who does that ? this was about 10 30 am as I rushed for my breakfast ? as they stop ✋️ serving breakie at 11 am

Manageress foreign with black hair blue eyes quite chubby needs to be demoted McDonald's Golden Rule treat others as you would like to be treated she was very rude with a customer refused to exchange fries that were limp and cold because the customer did not pay for them directly he used a monopoly voucher the customer then said why did you give me my fries first and I am still awaiting my burger after eight minutes not only was she rude to him she was also rude to other customers that were using the McDonald's voucher I was very aware some customers that were smartly dressed she was kind of polite and let them use up to six vouchers on one go and the others that were normally dressed were very polite to her although she kept on responding and her body language was also very negative to make matters worse a homeless guy came in with another McDonald's coupon lol all he wanted was a hot chocolate and apple pie she said that there are no more apple pies and the hot chocolate machine has been switched off because they are closing at 3 a.m. there in mind it's was 225 a.m. he then requested a soft drink instead of the apple pie please can you have fries she embarrassed him by saying can't you read your voucher says apple pie or McFlurry after a little disagreement between them she gave him regular size french fries which were going to be thrown out as the minute she placed them into the bag the rest were discarded.Also you have to call over to be served at the front till she totally blanks all customers and continues to clean when you finally get her attention she will tell you I am cleaning you have to wait she will then request a crew member to come and serve you whispering in their ear before they approach you I find this very insulting this manageress in Archway next to the TSB does not deserve her job I have never ever come across a McDonald's manager who has been so rude to a customer in front of other customers and to hear other customers in shock of what she was saying gives McDonald's a very bad name
