health and Food Standards Agency would have a field day with what we witnessed yesterday afternoon.
the member of staff which was preparing the food picking bits of food and then eating in plain site of customers. NOT WASHING HANDS AFTER TOUCHING HIS FACE AND SCRATCHING HIS HAIR OVER FOOD THEN CONTINUING TO PREPARE CUSTOMERS FOOD. THIS IS A MAJOR FOOD HYGIENE NO NO. NO ONE WAS WEARING HAIR NETS OR DISPOSABLE GLOVES WHEN TOUCHING FOOD.
DO NOT EAT HERE.

My 18 year old daughter was employed here and very excited to start this job which she enjoyed. It soon became apparent that they treat their staff like rubbish. She was given 9-10 hour shifts a few days a week and she has certain health conditions which were resulting in her being exhausted. These conditions come under the disability act. She was also only getting one 20 minute break in 9-10 hours. I’ve worked many jobs and never known anywhere only give someone a 20 minute dinner break. She asked for some shorter shifts and was still prepared to do some long ones and all of sudden she wasn’t given any shifts for 2 weeks and then let go as they said they had too many employees. She never realised she was on a zero hours contract. I am boycotting the store as are family and friends. Their items are overpriced anywhere and it’s clear from other reviews online they treat their staff very poorly. A totally despicable company with no care for their employees.

I went in to get a cup of coffee. Which I use my reward card and redeemed it.
My daughter go to muffin break near her college and asks me to get her a reward card.
The staff there at that moment just very un-polite told us we need to purchase something or the card are not allowed !!
I thought I just got a cup of coffee using my reward card and those card are reachable on the counter!
Everyone in the restaurant looking at me like an idiot!!!
Not happy with the service at all.

Had a breakfast bacon egg roll in Cardiff, didn’t expect such a bad experience, contacted them to highlight my experience and they never bothered to give me a reply, pretty much the same response from the manager at the shop

I was at the Viking Festival in Largs yesterday, they had a Muffin Break stall there.
Everything looked delicious so we ordered Salted Caramel Duffins.
The pastry was flaky, the little bit of caramel cream on top was amazing, then inside was an overly salted chocolate blob that not one of us could eat.
We also didn't expect chocolate with our salted caramel, it was described as Salted Caramel, not Chocolate.
We were so looking forward to these, but were just disappointed ?
