A pleasant and spacious Costa outlet at the corner of Caledonian Road and Huntingdon Street, with plenty of tables on two levels inside, and some outside too. Service was very quick and friendly when I went there.

Coffees is reasonable. But customers service is high standard quality. I would like to say special one young lady. She knows customer what they want. I’m going this place twice a week. And every time they make my day starts amazing. Thank you so much Costa team.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Went in today and ordered a hot chocolate and a rocky road cake I paid and when the barrista went to use the tings to pick up the rocky road slice loads of flies came up off the food. Honestly disgusting, when I told them they couldnt sell them to the public, they left them there for unwilling customers to eat. This place will give someone a rotten belly ache.. please do not eat from here.

Very disorganised & dirty. The bin is literally overflowing. I bought a pan au raisin which was basically just dough. I must say that I am disappointed in this Costa. It’s really expensive for what you get. Won’t be back here.

Awful service by new staff member. On three occasions he has refused to make my drink(involving flavoured syrup) because he refuses to look at the counter to see if it is there. I can see the syrup on the counter space, on other occasions other staff have located the syrup (nothing out of the ordinary for Costa) but he consistently states that the store has run out(even in a timeframe of under 24hrs), it seems because he cannot or does not know how to make this simple drink combination. His rude, lackadaisical attitude is very unpleasant and sadly a symptom of the poor service, that is rife in the U.K. A baristas in the US or Canada wouldn’t dream of behaving this way towards a customer. I shall be avoiding this store in future.

Yet again flies all over the food. Staff don’t care as I mentioned this to them weeks ago and made them throw the food away but alas fruit flies everywhere.

I’m contractually obligated to disclose that Fatma is the best barista in all of 9 realms and Midgard is lucky to have her. James Hoffmann eat your heart out, there is a new kid in town.

It’s a good enough spot for when you want to sit down and relax , maybe you’re running errands / going to shops. Only issue I have is the vegan options are poor regarding food.Another issue I have too is that toilets can be locked a lot which is frustrating for customers who don’t have the code, so it’s better to leave it open for customer use.As for drinks ? It would be great if Costa’s entire franchises decided to make some vegan hot chocolate option, also if the outdoor seating area was expanded.Sometimes there’s issues outside with non customers using seats when customers need them so would be great if that was controlled. That’s all.Vegetarian options: For lacto ovo vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs yes, for full vegans no.Kid-friendliness: I guess it is . I don’t see why it wouldn’t be.Parking: No clue as I’m a pedestrian doesn’t seem to be , maybe the parking next to it is private or requires payment.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a step up to the door so no.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options need to improve , halal options ? I don’t think so anyhow. Kosher? Don’t think so.
