This place is an absolute scam. Place an order here which they accepted. It was taking way longer than expected, I called them to confirm and the person on the phone assured me they were busy, but they my order would be delivered within 12-15 minutes. This time passed and I called back again, 20 minutes after I called and 1 hour after I placed my order. The same person assured me they were very busy and that I would receive my order in 2-5 minutes. This obviously never happened. I called again 15 minutes later. The same person kept mis-gendering me and when I mentioned calling previously he shouted and spoke over me and hung up on me. The pizza tracker was now saying the order was delivered, which it wasn’t. I kept calling, and the calls were either unanswered or answered where they refused to speak at all upon picking up. Finally, 30 minutes later after my repeated calls, I said I wanted a refund (they still had said nothing when picking up) and then suddenly the same person I’d spoken with multiple times, who had assured me my order was enroute and nearly there, said he’d already processed my refund. I asked why, and why had he not told me, and why had he repeatedly lied or ignored my previous calls and he shouted at me denying everything and refused to send any confirmation of processing a refund.They are TERRIBLE and FRAUDULENT. I want my money back and I want an apology for being lied to for over an hour and a half. This is horrible and ridiculous for any business

While super efficient staff, seems like more interested in full filling online orders.The pizza quality was not that great - I had ordered Veg Supreme Delight.Further they don't have any condiments available.Seems like just for takeaway or deliveryVegetarian options: Staff is unaware, ask for an allergen sheet and identify suitable options

Absolutely terrible service and pizza was a mess, the driver could not find my flat and no other drivers have any problems.. the pizza came a the toppings were all off the pizza I recommend go to Essex Road pizza they take more care there. This is not the first time this has happened. Dominoes on white lion Street is a disgraceful.GET SOME NEW STAFF DOMINOES for the amount you charge take some pride.the bloody driver put me on the phone to a stranger because he could not understand the directions I was given him so what is the point of the app, the driver can see where you live..ridiculous service.

Food is okay.Delivery times take so long and aren’t accurate. Shop cares too much about “delivery times” on the computer that your actual food arrives much later. Quicker to walk and collect than have delivered
