I always order on the app and out of dozens of orders, I can only recall having a few small problems such as the wedges being undercooked on occasion, or when they've been a bit too stingy with the toppings.For the staff: When the wedges are undercooked it's quite gross though so please do check that your wedges are going out nice and soft, so people are not biting into raw potato. But, for prospective customers, don't worry! Most of the time they're really good.Very good service, overall! Food always arrives hot, even if I order on a busy night and it's a long wait.

Very poor customer service, no staff to answer front desk when picking up the pizza after i was told the pizza was ready to collect. When eating the pizza, found a huge clump of hair baked into the dough. When this was confirmed to the manager of the shop, he offered us a replacement pizza, but didn't give the impression that he cared. Issuing no apology or attempt to provide a refund. Very very poor, dont recommend. Go independent pizza shops, they aren't that much more expensive and will care a great deal more.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!I ordered my food and they gave me different items.I called to ask for clarification and the two indian guy and lady hang up on me twice saying they were closed and that there was nothing they could do for my order EXTREMELY RUDE !!! I’m definitely taking this further
