The worst burger and fries I've ever had in my life! What a con! A veggie burger is just mushrooms in bread, really unbelievable! The fries was burnt and dripping with oil. Never again!

Visited on a busy Friday night and the atmosphere and service provided was top tier. The manager was at the front of the store welcoming customers and helping to get them served promptly. The food was great as always. Definitely a fun vibe inside and I will be visiting again soon.

First time here, im glad I ordered "small" portion of fries... I would not want to know ehat the large portion is. Burgers are very tasty and ingredients you choose are very fresh as well! Does not feel like a fast food chain at all, but it comes with a price tag. Fries are some of the best and its posted daily which local farm they source them from. Atmosphere is though of a fast food joint, so star deduction there.

Nice place to eat. Fresh burger, fresh fries. Not busy at that time. Also a very nice view. I can swear that i saw a broom in the air, maybe harry potter was going to Hogwarts.

Standard Five Guys, food the standard you expect from them. Always a good dirty burger !If you are going here you know what to expect. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming, but it's London.

Sad Times, been waiting a long time to try Five Guys, should have went to Burger King.Greeting was not great, they looked confused I was a customer asking for a burger.24 quid, cheese burger fries and a drink.Paid and then got moved to the waiting area.Lots of people….worlds slowest burger making team I think….stood waiting for about 30 minutes. Was about 6 people behind the counter….looked like us customers were bothering them.Food … burger was cooked, but to be honest no flavour…fries were coated which I asked for but really powdery … nice like I’d expect peri flavour fries.I can tick it off my list at least.

An alternative to kebab after a great night out. I went there after a gig and had a cheeseburger which was absolutely delicious!

I have to say I had a pretty good burger and cajun fries. Obviously I can't give very high marks for service and atmosphere, as this ain't a Michelin joint, but the servers were pleasant and helpful. My table needed a wipe, so they evidently struggle to get around the tables and keep them clean. Not surprising perhaps, as this is busy Kings Cross, but that's not a good excuse - they can afford to pay more staff. Pricey menu though, and you won't get much change out of twenty five quid for a burger, fries and shake, but I think I prefer this to Honest now : naughty, messy, tasty, but a guilty secret vice. The monkey nuts are very nice, but how they fit with a fast food, burger chain concept, I do not know. They need to add a proper vegan burger to the menu though.Yeah, I suspect that I'll be back.

Much-hyped by my friends but disappointed. No ice in the first drinks machine I used, soggy chips, no salt sachets and a long wait standing around. Fair play, the burger was nice, if a little pink for my tastes. Overall, not value for money compared to the multitude of other options nearby.

Great location just outside of King's Cross. It's good for watching the world go by whilst enjoying a tasty meal. Bit on the expensive side, but free refills on drinks and huge portions!

A generous amount of chips were given but they were slightly salty for my taste. The free peanuts were a good snack whilst we waited for our food. Though the wait was not too long considering the lunch rush on a weekday. The staff were nice and friendly.

I like the hamburger wrapped up in lettuce, it's satisfactory although the meat is a little fatty. The chips are too small. The cashiers are friendly and the burgers fresh which means a slow service. It could improve on cleanliness but there again it's a very busy corner in King's Cross.

Such a shame at the beyond ridiculous pricing in here.Just short of £7 for a bag of chips, over £4 for a fizzy drink cup that costs then literally penny's to provide.Only positive I can say was the staff, super helpful and customer friendly.Couldn't see anything vegan other than fries on the menu too. If there is it needs labelling better.
