Very slow service. Ordered 2 meals. When I asked where the drinks were, I was given one only. Had to remind them about the second one. Ordered the food to eat in. Was given it all in paper bags as a takeaway order, then had to ask if I could possibly have a tray to eat in.

It's KFC, the food is lovely as are most KFC's but the place is dirty, the Service is slow and sad. They'd rather you not be in there. There is never any hand sanitiser or hand wipes, the pots are empty and I have told them a couple of times that they're empty.If you really need some hot wings the I would suggest that you take your own hand wipes and sanitiser and take away only, don't eat in and don't expect a warm welcome or so much as a single smile.

The worst reception I have ever scene in all my time, the manager would rather you didn’t come in. Demanding people you use the ordering system so he didn’t have to talk to anyone. Absolutely disgusting attitude. People walked in and walked back out.

Absolute sh¹thole, even by KFC standards. Tables filthy, rubbish all over the floor and spilling all over the kerb outside from ripped binbags. Chips stone cold and pepsi warm and flat. Everything barring the fryers clearly out of order.

Simply Horrendous - staff pretending to be busy. Can’t buy with card at the counter but won’t tell u after waiting for 15 mins. Chicken was dry. Gravy box doesn’t come in box.

I'm allergic to Mayo and don't like salad can't remove these on Any delivering platform nor can you from there own website or app you get told to call the restaurant directly for allergy info etc but they never pick up meaning I can never order very disappointing and in this day and age when allergies are important especially regarding health and safety its NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!
Last delivery gave us 7 wings and 2 drumsticks from a 10 piece bucket. Todays delivery gave 8 drumsticks in a 10 piece bucket.And trying to complain or get your money back is a complete joke.

The fries very cold. Today 12/6/23 15:35. Last week the manager rude said I wasn’t gonna go back there but because the baby wanted kfc I went as it’s the nearest. Hence the place is dirty and disgusting. I ask for a small pop corn he gave me a large and then getting rude that tall manager manager and the place looking like that. Need to know how to treat customers and stop taking from them for kfc 6 pound something for snack pop corn chicken and orange juice for a baby bow that’s wickedVegetarian options: No many fimruther more I only recommend the wings chicken too oily
