This is hands down one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. Globally. Avoid it here late at night at all costs, it’s crazy in here. I got a chicken wrap and instead of putting shredded cheese, they put a slice of American cheese on it that was old and slimey, and then proceeded to layer all this salsa into the bottom. My fries were also extremely stale and my pop was flat. So disappointing.

Service is very slow since the upgrade, multiple screen ordering set up now. Allows them to take more orders that they can keep up with. Long waits most of the time now. Ordering ahead via the app saves you a couple of minutes. I reckon avoid unless drunk or hungover!

45 minute wait with no warning before ordering. People served out of turn. Check 680 was served before people with check numbers in the 500s. Manager won’t speak to customer asking for refunds, except for the one guy she yelled at. After complaining about wait times, received order to find 6 McMuffins in a bag instead of actual older. But when serving breakfast still at 11:45 it’s probably just panic modeThe server on the front counter must be very thick skinned as she kept on being nice no matter what happened

Had to wait over 20 minutes for ‘fast food’ and so had to leave to get my train and spent money on food I never got.Also saw a senior member of staff (overweight and wore a hijab) be really frustrated/aggressive with a more junior member of staff.
