Had to order using my phone with a QR code. Once seated didn't see a server until the meals come. Sits people on any table regardless if its being used by other people one of the reasons I never go to those kind of places. Didn't realise Nandos did that. Chicken was burnt. Food was spicy even for the mild. First time to Nandos and probably my last. Couldn't prebook a table either.

Never queued for a Nandos before. Nearly an hour! It was a bit of ' any port in a storm'. Nevertheless the food was good. The staff were VERY busy.

Me and my family decided to go to Nandos as we like this restaurant. When we ordered the lady said there is not alot of chicken left. So she went and reserved the last chicken for us. After 1h of wait, a waitress came and told us sorry but there is no chicken left... how come if we got told it was reserved for us. So money back and we should receive a voucher on my email. After 1 week, still not received my voucher which will be no use now as I don't live in the UK... such a big company (a chicken company who don't have enough chickens, in London, with all the people who live/visit here?!!!)

If I could rate lower I would have The food arrived after a long time waiting and two of the meals had to be sent back as cold and if we had eaten it we would have been very ill which is not what we wanted After wards when we were unable to finish the meal as it didn't seem to be right I spoke to the manager about my concerns and I felt that he was not taking my concerns in a professional manner When we got back to our hotel all three of us were ill with unset tummies for the rest of the night

I have had the worst salad in my life there, it’s not because of the recipes but because of the cabbage was off and Roby- the manager of that place- was trying to convince me that it was because of the vinegar they used which I’m not it wasn’t the vinegar but the off cabbage, as i had that salad many times before.Eventually he wasn’t respectful when he mentioned that he won’t do the refund as i wasn’t even asking for a refund but just to have my salad portion with my meal. I am aware that it was at the last hour of their shift but come on Roby you should be more gentle and understand that all i wanted is my salad.I am an old customer for Nando’s restaurant in many countries around the world, and this experience will make me think twice before choosing Nandos over other restaurants around.Unsatisfied.. and very annoyed.

Staff was confused, horrible service. At first no one told food was available. Then they took order n didn’t bring out food for more than an hour. After complaining a few times, a not so polite manager offered an unapologetic, unfelt apology. Chicken that came was so unevenly cooked, couldn’t eat it. We were sitting on Christmas Eve for more than two n a half hours, wasting our time n appetite. Highly not recommended.

First time at this particular Nandos, but the staff were friendly, and clearly had a good working relationship with each other as you could hear them laughing and joking with each other whilst still giving great service. This is the kind of atmosphere that makes me want to visit a place

Absolutely terrible service. We walked in at around 8:45pm on Saturday 25th waited in the queue to order for around 30mins and when we got to the front they told us they sold out of chicken! No decency to tell us when we walked in the door or while waiting in the queue. When I questioned the waitress as to why they let us wait for so long in the queue to only tell us they had run out of chicken when we got to the front, she unbelievably told us she thought we were part of the group in front of us. We were a few meters apart from them and looked completely different to them. Even worse, I had to tell the rest of the queue what was happening as the waitress walked off. Unacceptable!

My visit was for a late dinner, chicken breast, long stemmed broccoli, corn on the cob, gingerella. Everything was clean, Nandos has ordering by online menu, application, at the til, etc. The staff works hard but despite that My meal took longer than those of the tables around me. I assume that the broccoli or corn added significant time. Anyway the food was delicious on arrival ?

Nando’s isn’t my favourite but it’s reliable.I had the sunset burger which was very lacking in taste. The loaded fries were much nicer.My friends had the chicken platter meals. We all had a good time but the flavour wasn’t as intense as I would have expected.The service here was great and the staff were friendly and on top of their game.

I’m a tourist here and the ladies at the kitchen and outside are rude. I haven’t even eaten but when we went to collect the order, Maria was rude and informed us to come back later when the food was ready. Nothing wrong with what she said but the way she said it pretty rude. No one informed us how long the food would take because we are traveling from Dubai and we don’t have self service at nandos and our experience service wise, not great.

The worst Nando's experience my friend and I ever had. We walked in at 21:30 asking for a table. We were ignored for a few minutes. Someone finally acknowledged us from the till area and shouted out that it's only take away despite the fact that customers were still eating there and it was an entire half an hour till closing. We would've been able to quickly order and eat our food within the half an hour!

Quick service even though place was busy. Food was as expected. Great atmosphere. Can’t fault it to be fair.

Who doesn’t love a cheeky Nando’s? Unfortunately this ain’t the one chief.Me, my mates, and others had to wait outside in the pouring rain for nearly half an hour before we were even spoken to by staff.Even though there were empty tables visible from the window alone, we were told they were full, and would have to wait another 20 minutes…We left for a Meatliquor - bit overpriced, but at least the staff cared.

This Nando's restaurant is in serious need of a significant makeover. Slightly better than grim is how I would describe it. However its a good thing the food was well prepared and the staff were friendly.
