This company is not serious. I came to pick up my order and they say I have to cancel it because I have to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes they said I had to wait another 20 minutes. The waiter isn't even willing to listen to me. Complete lack of respect for suppliers.

We were seated and served before another table, they had starters and mains before we got food. The staff were focused on the takeaways more then the people sitting in. We had to leave having no food and waiting for 50 mins. Terrible, spoilt our day. There is no point in booking a table like we did.

Reliable staple where the service always puts to shame restaurants 5x more expensive. I've been going on and off for 20 years, so it's not the same waiting staff, which is a testament to Pizza Express's training and management. Their still happy to make me a Napoletana, even though it hasn't been on the menu for a decade. Pro tip: tip in cash so the staff get it directly.

Me and my family walked into the restaurant and asked to be seated. We kindly asked the staff to allow us to feed our boy chicken nuggets which we had bought from across the street while we order and eat. Both the staff and the subsequent manager who showed up were very rude.Very badly trained and the manager is a rude woman who needs to learn how to talk to people.Terrible place. You need new staff before you lose all your customers.Merry Christmas.

I've witnessed a horrible scene this afternoon as the waitress(who's from West Africa) was despising one of the delivery riders, treating him as a slave which is really unprofessional and disgustingShame on you.I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent family dinner on Friday Evening (1st December). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be back when next in IslingtonKid-friendliness: Were great from talking to our girls at entry point and providing colours etc
