Best Pret I've been too as they always have what I want. I can't tell you how many times I've popped into a Pret and there's only a few things left on the shelf. This branch always has everything which is great.

Really love the coffee! Just wish there were more gluten free options (not just salad, popcorn, fruit) - would love some gluten free sandwiches or baguettes! :)
The whole place stinks. You guys should really do something about it.

The food is alright although expensive as every prêt in town, service is usually quite disastrous with the staff not paying much attention to customers, the main problem is how disgusting the coffee is, it seems nobody as received appropriate barista training and know how to foam milk, I order a different product every other day, each time it's just a coffee with warm milk, no difference between a latte, a cappuccino, flat white etc for the price they charge you for their drinks it's pretty shameful

I have just visited the large Pret at the Angel centre , Islington and the lead server barley spoke - no engagement bother than typing in the other and asking for the charge .. no please or thank you , eat in or out , sir … absolutely shocking . There was one female staff member without her Pret t- shirt and wearing a face mask .. just about cleaning in the background .. but so so painfully slow .. staff were so uninterested it was a terrible experience .. never again Avoid at all cost !
