While waiting for my train, I was promised my pizza would come around 10-15 minutes; waiting longer with the worst service possible while ordering… Our waitress was so rude when I asked simple questions about prices without even giving me a menu to begin with. Dont

Miro was really making a difference serving us that evening, being always professional and handling the situation with a broken glass...The beer is really outstanding, something a beer enthusiast would not need to miss.

Food was rubbish at best, lack in quality and quantity. The biggest problem is the absolutely rude staff, terrible to deal with and ruined the experience. On top of that its the only place empty in the station. Completely dead atmosphere.

Great food. The sticky toffee dessert was excellent!

Amazing dining experience. The service was so attentive and helpful. The only downside is the small seating area since it's at the train station. It's definitely worth a stop!

Good place to eat in Kings Cross station over looking the display boards. Very good children’s menu. My kids ate everything. Also agree with other reviews - the house red is nice. Gets a bit chilly in evening as not entirely indoors but good to see the train times on boards.

Good food. Vegan and gluten free menu. Efficient service. Very kind and attentive staff. Food was delicious I had the rigatoni with vegan chicken and the vegan biscoff banana cheesecake. It was divine.Vegetarian options: Vegan options

Absolutely terrible food, DO NOT VISIT! While the service was quick and it's nice to sit in a little secluded area, but the food was absolutely awful. We ordered Alfredo rigatoni chicken and the sauce was just pure coloured water, and the overall dish being tasteless, when even loads of Parmesan didn't help. The Dolce Piccante Pizza wasn't that good either - the base was just overdone - burnt, crispy and extremely thin, and totally not filling. Being so expensive, this is an absolute waste of your time and finances.

Prezzo is located on the second floor of the King's Cross Train station and one of the only sit down restaurants in the station. I ordered the regular size Margarita pizza 12.95 GBP ($15.79 USD) which was roughly 12" and enough to feed two if your appetite isn't too big. The crust was thin and light but not overly crispy. The sauce and topping were everything you'd expect from a traditional Margarita pizza. Both the server and manager visited the table to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. A nice spot to grab a bit to eat or a cocktail during your wait and you can see the transportation boards so you won't miss your train!

Great location at station. Friendly staff. Food was fantastic. Lovely tasting and good quality. Really impressed and a great option
Rubbish atmosphere. Penne Arrabiata tasted like aeroplane food - disgusting. Would not come back here again.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. I've been coming here for years and the Pizzas never disappoint.

It's a very simple place with a good choice of food and high quality service. For me the most valuable is the opportunity to gave a taste of Italy considering my gluten free condition. They have the whole gluten-free MENU with pizza and pasta of the choice. Italian wine and welcoming atmosphere make me to come every time when I have a spare hour before the train.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options

Had an issue with the order, they sorted it and then provided fantastic service. Food was also really good. Yes it’s a chain, but I always look forwards to grabbing a meal there before I get on the train.

Highly recommend the antipasto.. just amazing and perfect when accompanied with a Angelo Poretti.Atmosphere was a bit flat but the background music was very good. Great playlist. Not sure if the staff where a tad tried but a smile doesn’t cost anything.RECOMMENDED 4*
