There are almost certainly two dozen restaurants and pubs offering burger with fries within ten minutes walk of here. I am pretty certain that Prime burger would be placed in the lower 5 of any ranking of them.If you are looking for sub par burger patty served with equally unimpressive chips, in a crammed, unloved space for the price of a more impressive meal then this is the place for you.I don't think this will make you sick, it isn't awful and definitely will fill the tummy, so is preferable to starvation and gets two stars..... but do yourself a favour and visit one of it's better neighbours today

I have been here before and had the best burger. Today, I was highly disappointed. The burger was dry and cold and the chips were not fresh. For what they charge I am highly disappointed, I could have had a better meal from Burger King McDonald's. Never again.

The burgers ordered during this last minute decision were definate contenders. I'm not a burger fan and I only eat chicken, but this burger is definitely one worth stopping for.It was delicious, affordable food that comes well prepared and portion sized. I had a meal deal with the fries and drink. The restaurant/shop is definitely on the tight side for the amount of customers but this is understandable in the location. There were some local visitors popping by the shop to collect left overs so it might be an idea to place a table near the entrance which could be utilised in this situation to prevent further bodies in an already filled shop. I'm all for 'want not waste not' so why not stand out from the crowd and start something ??♀️. The staff were busy and prompt with each order and cleaning the restaurant at each opportunity, treat them well and they will continue to look after your franchise..If your struggling to decide where to eat while at the station this is well worth the visit.

First time eating here. I ordered the chilli chicken burger in a basic and was very pleasantly surprised. Both the chicken and the fries were tasty and not oily. I would have loved to give 5* for the food but the meal failed in what most burger places do: the bun. It fell apart in my hand like a non-existent tissue paper. I'd rather had it without, to be honest. Glad to see there are handwashing facilities on the side.The staff were friendly, please say thank you to them.A pleasant experience overall. Restaurant itself clean and tidy. Will definitely choose this over the other "burger" joints in the area in the future.My meal came to £15 today.

Really tasty burger. Nothing fancy about the place, inside st pancras convenient to grab a bite while waiting for the train. People were helpful and friendly.

Crazy bad experience here, was served a cold burger where the cheese had actually hardened. Returned it to the most minimal acknowledgment from the supervisor, no eye contact or apology, and once again no acknowledgment when a warm burger was replaced. Again no eye contact and barely a grunt from the staff when leaving and thanking them. It’s not like I want to be treated like royalty, but like a human being would be nice, especially considering the price (£14 for a burger and fries)

I purchased a chicken burger yesterday on my way back from Kent! I had a few bites of the chicken burger which didn’t taste or look right so tossed away as I was in a rush for my next train! I’ve spent most of the night vomiting with stomach cramps, rest assured il not be visiting this eating establishment again!
