The coffee here is perfect. The staff is very fast and kind as well. I loved it to come here each morning to get my morning coffee. If you have the chance you really have to come visit this cafe. I will come here again as soon as I’m in London again. On the last day I even got two small chocolate samples from the waiter as if he knew it’s my last day here. I really recommend this coffee shop!

Personally, I think this is the best coffee in England. It’s not bitter and every cup is made fresh. The lattes have the perfect amount of steamed milk. It was 10 am I had just flown into Heathrow and was in desperate need of a good cup of coffee.Stumbled upon Costa and had no idea it was a major chain all throughout England. This was a nice location with inside seating. Walk up and Order at the counter. Looking at the menu board I figured a large latte at $4 would be a regular size coffee. Nope... this was huge! The cup was so big it had 2 handles! 3 shots of espresso with steamed milk. I really liked the coffee, and the warm almond croissant was pretty good too. Came back a few times. Service was as good as the coffee.

Nice service, very fast, clean bathroom but this is not a way to serve a tea... You need to descale/clear your tea pots!

Would like to give 5 stars to a guy name Kareem behind the till. Ordered a latte and asked him that if I could pay quickly due to having a video meeting and he said he will bring at my table in which he did. Very kind man and great customer service!
