Quite disappointed with today’s pizza order. I pre-ordered online and went to collect my pizza to avoid waiting time. Despite pre-ordering for collection they took forever making my pizza. I waited 30 extra minutes despite the app telling me my pizza was ready. They seemed confused when I asked them why the system says my pizza is ready but they haven’t prepared it yet. What’s the point of having a pre-ordering and collection service if they don’t follow it. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to care about the waiting time and delay in orders. Surely one large Margarita pizza shouldn’t take 30 minutes? Domino’s do better!

Quite enjoyable! Wasn’t expecting too much as it’s dominoes but this was quite enjoyable. Definitely recommend for a quick and easy dinner. Would eat again.

Usually pretty good. Tonight, they gave my order to some random who said it was their order who left the restaurant only to re-enter and be afterwards notified it was my order. They tried to get me to accept it from the customer directly, not checking if they’d eaten any of it or anything. For me personally, this in unhygienic and because I refused the second hand food, I waited the wait time twice over. With communication, this could have been avoided and acknowledged but acknowledged and worked around.

Visited the store on the 13th of June the workers were very friendly and talkative and provided information about how to get the most out of your order. The pizza was made quickly and nicely, I would definitely recommend this branch to others!!
This is the worst pizza place, these big companies can get away with anything, and small businesses take all the fault. This place is not clean I got food poisoning and it was bad. Please be carful ordering from this place

One of the few Dominios that is open late in central London. The service is to be as expected and it was an Dominios pizza.The place it self is quite small but you do have seating if you wish to eat there very quickly.There really isn't any parking around so plan ahead if you are going to collect.
