I normally pop in here early in the morning on the way in to work.A few times I have ordered the breakfast bap and was asked if I wanted red or brown sauce.However what I got was a bap with no sauce.Its not worth complaining as the counter staff look at you as if you are crazy!! There are sometimes passed out people sleeping at the tables and people playing music on phones so it really puts me off from eating in I must say.

This is by far the worst McDonald's in this area.Worst for service, worst for everything you can imagine.The staff don't seem to care at all.Toilets are usually filthy.Despite all the negatives they still do a roaring trade.No reason for McDonald to care!

I regret to inform you of an exceptionally unpleasant experience at your Edgware Rd location (178/180, London W2 2DS). The cleanliness of the premises was the worst I have ever witnessed at any McDonald's.The washroom conditions were deplorable, with overflowing pots and sinks, absence of a dustbin, discarded tissues strewn across the floor corner, and an unbearable stench. These conditions not only raised doubts about the washroom hygiene but also left me concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen.In addition, the self-ordering kiosk lacked paper for printing receipts, causing inconvenience. Furthermore, the staff's behavior at the service station was wholly unacceptable.I believe it is imperative to bring these issues to your immediate attention. Addressing these hygiene and service concerns promptly will be crucial to upholding the reputation McDonald's has worked hard to establish.I appreciate your prompt action in resolving these matters and hope that my feedback contributes to the improvement of your establishment.
