I just recently ordered 4 pizzas I just told him the till to make thin crust and the guy said okay I trust him when I brought a pizza to my home it’s was so thick and horrible. and i am not going to buy again pizza from this shop

We regularly order from there and every occasional mistake is always straighten up. Only today one of the two pizzas came different than the ordered but one quick call was enough to sort it and they delivered another one without any discussions. Team is always proactive and this is something to appreciate. I personally love their meat feast on pan.

The worse pizza experience ever.I placed an order at 18:45, with estimated delivery time 19:15-19:25. On their website’s pizza tracker the food was ready by 19:05. My food arrived at 20:10, cold not even eatable pizza and 2 sides.I complaint to their customer service which didn’t do anything apart from sending apology email.

Do not use this hut!Customer service is shocking! Placed an order online, no confirmation and the phone rang and rang. Went to store, noone served me so rang again phone is ringing but noone answering. Guys all standing out back having a laugh. Turns out they had delivered my food even though when I first got to shop they said it was cooking.Do not waste your time. Use a different hut!

One Pizza wasn’t cut properly. Second was cold. Garlic bread was cold.Delivery guy was rude.Pizza Hut has lost its taste and customer service every so often I give it a try to see if it’s got better but no.Avoid smaller franchises are soo much better and taste better.
