They close the seating area too early, the girl with long brunette hair is so moody banging bins shut, pulling shutters od the fridge aggressively, no smile and quite blunt to speak to. It’s worth pointing out now as the last 8 times I’ve been at this branch the girl has face like she’s constantly eating sour grapes. Horrible staff. If she’s Management she ought to lead by example. The only friendly barista is the older Italian gentleman making the drinks. It’s my local branch hence why I’m here so often but if you don’t want to be in a front facing client job you can find a better suited role. Hope this reaches a member at Head office to actually understand what front line staff you have representing your company.

This is one of my local Prets and I absolutely favour this one over any other location. The team is lovely and truly care about your visit. I also have to give a special shout-out to Marcia, who always treats me like a special guest and gives me a warm embrace each time! She always makes sure me and my baby are comfortable, hence I keep coming back. Keep it up guys!

18th Jan in the morning we ordered 2 hot drinks with oat milk. Our barista was a lady, dark hair, with an accent I couldn’t place but not from the UK. I understand she was under a lot of pressure as it was quite busy but she was very rude. We waited a while for our order that never came. Another worker ended up asking what we had ordered and she rudely replied she had put those orders out and went on a bit of a rant. Our orders were never called, it was mayhem as there was no number or name service it was just who grabs the drink first. Even if someone else had grabbed our order which is unlikely as our order was never called it means that there still would’ve been two people without drinks as we never got an order. She very sarcastically called our order once she had made them. Even under pressure someone in this industry shouldn’t be so rude. We sat down to have our drinks and listened as she was quite rude to other customers. She really needs to change her attitude. On a positive note, the food and drinks were really nice and there’s lots of places to sit.

You can find these everywhere but they are convenient and something new as a tourist.

The worst branch ever! We ordered and set after few minutes we were kicked out!! This happened on 26 Nov 2023 at 5 pm by the manager ( lady with blonde hair - tried to read here name but she did not wear a name badge) because they told us the setting eara is closed even though they close at 8!!!!! I do not understanding why they did not inform us before we order and set!! And I do not understand why they close the setting erea before 2 hours for cleaning. I used to be a regular customer for Pret! It will be my last visit!! I left and went to Starbucks
