Normally great here but today when I went in I scanned my subscription and I was told I had been “postponed”? I asked what that meant and promptly received a shrug. I asked again if this meant I couldn’t get a drink using my subscription and I was told that they are just running their own system so until I could get my subscription working I wouldn’t get my drink. I asked where I could get this sorted and I was told to reach out to the Pret customer support. It’s not so much that this Pret is bad than it is that the whole interaction just felt somewhat dismissive and unpleasant.

My favourite place to grab a quick bite to eat along with a coffee. Good staff and quick service in here. The shelves can be a little empty sometimes though.

The lady manager she was Chinese, extremely rude woman and would not budge, she acted like she owns the cafe, I’ve not been so disappointed I’ve been to a lot of pret cafe, I’ve asked to cancel my membership, I won’t give my money to such people who treat loyal paying customers like they are nobody.

The worst pret iv ever stepped in. I met the nastiest of staff one of them being the so called “manager” his names Jean. He didn’t want to I ordered two caramel lattes the first one with extra shot he process to the order and then said you couldn’t add the extra shot because it was an extra charge as he wasn’t bothered to do again on the system so then I told him it’s okay. I will order another one but this one with an extra short and you can put it on the system this time. He gave both without caramel syrup and refused to add it later. He should not be a manager as his behaviour and customer service is disgusting.

Honestly, the staff is really bad at work. They don't know everything as they should. They work quickly and without focus. Cold and hot drinks have a bad taste. They don't know how to mix it properly so I will never go back to this place again

Exceptional Staff at Pret a Manger, Edgware RoadI visit Pret a Manger near Marble Arch on Edgware Road daily, and I must say the staff is truly amazing. There is a team member from Brazil, initially mistaken for someone from Greece, who stands out for his kindness, politeness, and positive vibes. He consistently provides outstanding service and displays a genuine passion for his work. His uplifting demeanour and positive energy make each visit a delight. The team are so friendly and polite and always make my morning honestly I would not go to any other store, Chris is friendly bubbly and amazing customer service, The pretty East African lady is the sweetest lady you could ever have serve you, I don’t know what pret Edgware Road would be without them, they make that entire store and always keep me coming back :) Mimi
