Quick and kind personnel. Lots of space downstairs.

Paid for a drink, didn't get a receipt and had to ask about my drink 3 times before they gave it to me after half an hour. After asking one of the waiters about it politely I got a blunt 'what' and got ignored right after i explained the issue. After asking another waitress she just gave me a look and ignored me after by not saying a word and checking her phone. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Absolutely avoid. Ruined mine and my friends' afternoon!!!!

I just been to Starbucks I chose a pistachio \\u0026 raspberry loaf from the front the staff said I didn’t have the right to chose! He said that I had to take the front one but clearly it’s not the right information. Specially one I’m paying it’s horrible how people treat you I feel so offended.

This Starbucks is in the corner by Marble Arch. There is a lot of sunlight and it’s bright inside. The coffee shop wasn’t packed and the ordering process was efficient and fast. I like that they offer sustainable options: ceramic plates and cups if you stay to eat and/or drink. Their espresso and grilled cheese \\u0026 ham were really good!

Store design is great and allow for long queues without causing disruption or confusion and selection of coffee’s/milk alternatives are the best in the area.\\n\\nBut that’s where it ends, staff are in their own little world - making jokes about how customers look and deliberately messing orders/simple names up to have a “laugh” as I heard one put it.\\n\\nStaff in this store treat customers like dirt on their shoes and couldn’t care less for the reputation of Starbucks\\n\\nA real shame - requires some re-training at least

Coffee is good and all that but they have the air cold air ventilation on full blast all day it a like a fridge inside, I've noticed other Starbucks keep doors open in cold weather and cold air ventilation on ,this is some sort of covid paranoia,

Bit of a hustle and bustle with queuing system overlapping between those waiting to collect and new customers.

I’ve tried their Caramel Macchiato, Caramel Frapuccino and Mocha Frappuccino. Good customer service and good quality of coffees.

I have ordered a caramel frap, it was nice and the batista were very friendly. However I have to say that the drink had too much ice and not enough of the drink itself.

Tons of seating downstairs. Good wifi, and the downstairs area is well air-conditioned and quiet, so perfect for working. Staff was nice and friendly. When I return to London, I'll come back here if I need to work/read!

My first time at Starbucks. The place next door was closed. Friendly staff. Atmosphere okay. Just had the California Chicken sandwich - best to avoid. It comes in a plastic packet for 'freshness' but the bread is distinctly stale. The use by date is in two days time, so I would have thought it would be fresh. These are not designed to be roasted. They don't look as if they're made on site. It's a pity. I ate it because I was hungry, but tasted like an old carpet. Yuk. Won't be coming back.
