Slowest, most lackadaisical service I have seen - even in London. Staff all had their backs to the counter, ‘very’ slowly dabbing at a counter or plating a sandwich. Three staff members but it took five minutes before someone even turned around to take my order. Slow, shuffling steps and glazed, confused expressions all round.

I ordered an iced matcha latte to go. They gave me a hot chai latte. I said to the lady in nicely way that it was wrong since I ordered an iced matcha latte. They give me a new one which is the right thing that I have ordered but the taste was not the same (seems like watery drink). Then, the counter guy came to me with the bill and said that “next time you should have to clarify it was ICED MATCHA LATTE not chai latte”. It was awful experience and terrible customer service in here since it was not mine problem. I always ordered that drink in many different Starbucks stores and every times I got the right one since they confirmed the order again for the customers

Had my usual oatmilk latte from this establishment. Located in the Loft level of Paddington train station right next to the entrance to the Hilton Hotel. No frills greeting, but it was early morning. Very busy foot traffic.

Nice store in a nice neighbourhood, but they need to find people who have a clue to work there. It is so crowded but the workers are extremely slow and obviously don't like being there. So why push them?

Finally they've learnt to use technology properly. They now print labels for your drink. The name was pulled from my app that I used to pay for the drink.
