I ordered 6 large coffee for take away, so they charge me as normal price + extra 5p for each cup (take away) so stupid. Of course is not so much money but if coffee is expensive they charge extra anyway. Better option is to go to Pret A Manager or Costa or other coffee shop.Regards

Truely the slowest coffee I have ever had to wait for. I wouldn’t mind but there were only 5 people in line before me. And the wait alone to order took about 15 mins.And when the coffee did arrive it was burnt.Starbucks is usually regulated and always consistant but wow.Shocking

Omg the staff here are truly unbelievable - I appreciate English may not be their first language but level of rudeness to tourist are crazy I was waiting for my drink to be re made for second time and I was over hearing the rudeness they were to myself others too . One of the staff who is team leader ( short hair and Asian) said a racist slur to one of the tourists in mandarin to another customer under her breath , likely the customer didn’t understand mandarin but I do I was utterly shocked and disgusted .

The slowest Starbucks ever. I only go here because it’s the only one close to me but it always takes at least 15 - 20 minutes to get my coffee. The baristas work like there is no queue and move so slowly. As a former Starbucks barista, I could literally take orders and make drinks faster alone than with their incompetent 4 person team.

Nice and clean, or so it seemed, when we moved the table closer, it was filthy underneath, like they hadn't moved the table when cleaning the floor. Not good when you have only recently had a refurb

The Asian employee was very rude in dealing and his manner and facial expressions were very rude. I also asked for a drink and they gave me another drink and wrote my name wrong on the order, very unsatisfactory and they should train their employees to deal politely with customers and focus when receiving orders

The food wasn't tasty for me and too fat and the service was not welcoming for tourists/families. In addition, 80% of the sandwiches are a mix of cheese and meat, what about healthy alternatives such as low fat meat/fish and vegetables.
