Food was pretty bland, we ordered a pollo rustica pizza Ingredients were not spread across the pizza but in a couple of clumps leaving the rest of the pizza bereft of ingredients.Service was extremely poor, no cutlery to begin with dishes served and then the waiter walked off not noticing we had no cutlery so had to ask, once it arrived it was dumped unceremoniously in the middle of the table. Asked for chilli oil, had to remind after several minutes passed and yet even after the reminder it still did not come, in the meantime we finished our meal

Avoid! Food was poor. Kids pizza had hardly had any cheese on (for a five year old) other kids pasta wasn’t edible due to overload of garlic (for a 10 year old). Got calzone with a soggy bottom that couldn’t eat and was also overloaded with garlic to the point it was stinging my nose. Final kick in the teeth they charged us £25 for drinks that the next table had and when we questioned it there was no apology and it was like we were being unreasonable. £10 tip automatically added without telling us too, which if known before paying I would have removed as the whole experience was that poor. Felt like I had been robbed walking out and kicked in teeth with a garlic flavoured foot. Felt sick all night afterwards. Avoid!Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly.

Took close to an hour between ordering mains and getting the food, and they still forgot one of the orders when the restaurant was quietening down. Had to get up and chase a waiter everytime we wanted more drinks. Service just never seems to improve. You can have all the tech in the world, but the basics of service and hospitality are not that difficult...

As I work away from home a lot, I tend to dine alone several times per week. I don't usually find this an issue and am quite happy eating and scrolling. Not this time, in what was a quiet restaurant, I was placed in a distant corner, facing the wall. Meal arrived in a reasonable timeframe, not once did anyone check in to see if all was good, and the bill landed in front of me almost to the minute that I ate the last bite. Then they had the cheek to ask for a service charge. Absolutely shocking service for a place like this and won't be going back to this or any other Zizzi again

This was really bad. The food was mediocre, with slightly over cooked bread with the fonduta formaggi and not well filled calzone. The service however was probably the worst service ever in a restaurant. No fault of the staff that were there, but they were woefully understaffed, it took 30 minutes to come take a drinks order and a further 30 to have them delivered; you had to go and get a member of staff every time you wanted service; others around were in and out well within the time we were there. It was 2 hours from arrival before food arrived. It was really really bad. Until they get their staffing sorted, make sure to avoid.

Touristic Italian restaurant. Service was good, food ok and drinks ok as well.

The food was amazing, the service was so accommodating and pleasant. The gentleman that seated us and our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and had us out of there just in time to make our train in paddington. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal with great service in a timely manner....thank you

The service however was probably the worst service ever in a restaurant. No fault of the staff that were there, but they were woefully understaffed, it took 30 minutes to come take a drinks order and each time you ordered at least further 30 to have them delivered and had to chase multiple times; you had to go and get a member of staff every time you wanted service; they almost didn’t take the order for one person in our party; mains took forever to arrive; others around were in and out well within the time we were there; they didn’t even bother asking if we wanted dessert. It was 2 hours from arrival before food arrived. It was really, really bad. To be fair, the staff there recognised how bad it was and I don’t think it’s their fault. Until they get their staffing sorted, make sure to avoid.

* The service was extremely slow for each dish, even the drinks and the entries, the inside was empty and there were few customers outside, in total we spent more than 4 hours just for lunch and in the end we didn't even order dessert or drinks because we already knew it would take a while.** Some staff were friendly, others not so much.** The food left a lot to be desired, a few ingredients and a poor presentation of the pizzas and pastas, compared to other Zizzis where the pizzas and others dishes are very good.*** The atmosphere could be better, improving all other aspects.***** The location is really good, close to the station and the canal. They have to improve basically in all aspects, from the service to being more organized with orders, more polite and with a smile in their faces, the quality of food, and service timing.

The waiter was very friendly but service was slow. The starters were both cold and the pasta wasn't cooked properly, even after it was sent back to be cooked more. It's a shame as the sauce was great as was the pizza.

I took my granddaughters for early supper, I had booked but the restaurant was mostly empty. The children had the kids menu and I have no complaints about the quality or value for money. I had the prawn linguine which was very watery, no thick tomato, flavourful sauce and only 7 prawns. But my complaint is the very poor service. The table water or my glass of wine never arrived and I had to find someone to bring it (staff were stood around talking as it was quiet ) i had to ask someone to place our dessert order and then again to clear the table , which was only partly done with kids plates and tumblers left. I did not pay the service charge as we did not get the service I expect at this restaurant chain . I think because it was quiet the staff decided to have a good gossip .

Just awful. ? Bruschetta no salt, no pepper no olive oil. Food took forever as did the drinks and this was with a half empty restaurant. Main food- not even worth a mentioning. Disgusting

Just had dinner at this restaurant. Very disorganized. Had 3 different servers come to our table and when we were ready to order, we told the waitress that our son has nut allergies and she immediately turned us over to the manager who seemed to care less about allergies. I ordered the bolognaise on gluten pasta. When it arrived it looked very dry. The sauce was very tangy and had almost no meat in it. Unfortunately the pasta was way undercooked. I ate less than half. When a waiter came to clear, I told him it wasn’t good and was undercooked, he said he’d had the GF pasta before and it wasn’t good. Anyway. Don’t order the GF pasta here!

I wouldn't recommend eating here. The pizza was served cool. The tables inside are sticky and the service slow and unhappy. There is a nice area to seat outside so maybe just have a drink.
