The food is great however they need to learn to be clean. They wear the same gloves and use the same one to clean around and touch food. Today I saw the lady cough into the gloves and then go and touch food. I decided to walk away. This happens all the times. Please can you change your gloves when you finish cleaning its not ideal and common sense.

Used the coffee shop today for the 1st time, recommended the tea by a doctor, he was right. It was a great experience. Proper cups and saucers and cut. Milk in a minute lovely bottle enough for 2. Food cooked and brought to the table on order. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful. Would use it every day. It is the best hospital cafe that we have ever been in, and affordable.Other hospitals should take a leaf out of your book. Ordered and paid for a fresh juice but was served carton juice with bits as a disguise. There's a big difference. Will not return.

What a gem this is. They do the best BLT sandwich. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Great choice of food and lovely atmosphere. Lovely to see outside in the sunshine.

It is always good to call in at BB on the occasions of my frequent medical appointments. The atmosphere and the quality of the food always makes me feel even better than the treatment!! ? The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it - with or without a medical appointment!!! ?

Hello very disappointed first time ever,when this happened to me ,I popped in today 16December,with a baby and a toddler,I bought a juice and I asked for some hot water from coffee machine to do a baby bottle which the boy who served me made a funny face and he said I have to pay 1£for it .I work in catering as well this is incredible, is not for the money is unexpected for a cafe inside a hospital
