Very disappointing- our starters came relatively quickly but then we waited an hour and a half for our main course. I would kind of understand it if we were a large table but there was only two of us. When it finally arrived it was luke warm and distinctly average. The staff did apologise and gave us a couple of free drinks but I wouldn’t go back.

Ordered the chef made bean burgers with wedges. And hand done lemonades. Service is super friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and art in a super clean air conditioned inside. Surprised that a 5 star restaurant can be found in a tiny town like Idaho city. Wish we’d had room for dessert! It also looked amazing ! New favorite go to for a nice dinner out at a good price!

My partner and I reserved a table for tonight for our anniversary. We had our first date here and it was lovely so we thought it would be nice to have our first anniversary here too.We arrived to a closed restaurant, completely in dark and no one around. My reservation wasn't cancelled, nobody contacted me to say that the restaurant was closed, there was no notes on the door as to why the restaurant was closed at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, and I've traveled for an hour to come here from South Bermondsey.I mean, I get it if there was like no staff to work or whatever, but at least cancel people's reservations??? Leave a note on the door of why you are closed???There was nothing on the website or social media either. It's just ridiculous.

Firstly amazing customer service, friendly, gave acknowledgement and very professional. I loved that they had music playing in the background and the food was very delicious. The atmosphere very warm and inviting, tables not to close to each other. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, definitely coming back again with a few more friends

I’ve been to Bocca Social before and been very happy, but our lunch visit to the restaurant today couldn’t have been more disappointing. We had a reservation there to celebrate birthday. The restaurant was completely empty, and for the first 1.5 hours of us being there, from what I could see, we were the only diners in the entire restaurant. I was extremely disappointed with the following: 1. WAIT TIMES: PAINFULLY LONG We ordered two pasta dishes along with two seafood dishes. The two dishes of deep-fried calamari (TINY portions) we ordered came quite quickly—within about 15 minutes of our ordering. However, the other dishes took nearly 90 minutes to come out. At the 1 hour 10 minute mark, I politely asked about our food, and the waiter stated it would only be 5 more minutes—that they were “experiencing some hiccups in the kitchen” 20 minutes later, the food finally came out. 2. FOOD: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING Two of the dishes we ordered were simple pasta dishes. One was the crab pasta, which had a very tiny deep-fried crab on top of what seemed like a basic spaghetti and pasta sauce. The other was a basil pasta that was so basic and small (about 15 pieces of pasta total), it should absolutely not be counted as a main meal. I was absolutely shocked when the basil pasta dish came out because a dish like that would take no more than 15 minutes to make at home. Aside from the small crab on top of one dish, both of these pasta dishes were more similar to a kids' school meal or something you would find at the IKEA cafeteria (which would have been 1/3 of the price) than what you might find at any restaurant. 3. SERVICE: POORLY HANDLED DELAYS At the 2-hour mark, we decided not to order any dessert, resulting in us not really being able to do any sort of birthday celebration at the end. To top off this disappointing dining experience, the staff wrote “Happy Birthday” in pen at the bottom of the receipt? at the end of what I felt was an overpriced, underwhelming experience. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that. How about at least reducing the "optional" service charge you automatically added to the bill? I don't plan to return anytime soon. The tiny, overpriced portions are laughable, and the service really lacks.

This is one of the best restaurants in london, they offer perfect shiaha and foods are tasty and fresh. the have DJs and live music as well.I would strongly suggest Bocca.

I previously gave this 5 stars. I'm not sure if it is a new chef or a change of hands but if you advertise a roast and make someone wait 45 minutes they expect a roast. Instead I got a piece of steak with boiled potatoes overcooked carrots and a Yorkshire pudding that was lack lustre at best. They weren't even busy so they wait was ridiculous. I wouldn't have minded the steak but really boiled potatoes is an insult.

Me and my friend went to get some food and drinks and we had Marius as our waiter - amazing service 10/10, the food is DELICIOUS I honestly really enjoyed the pasta and cocktails we had. Would definitely recommend !

Staff were very attentive, menu lots of variation and food was nice. We had a lovely meal, the music however is at a ridiculous volume for a mid afternoon lunch. When you can’t hear each other at the table the volume is to loud. The singer that came on later in our meal was fab, more of her would be welcomed.

can’t fault. food was BEAUTIFUL! (my boyfriend is a chef so tough to impress but he loved it). atmosphere was lively, music was loud so maybe not somewhere for the grandparents? bartender was great and place looked lovely. will definitely go again and i recommend
