Absolutely shocking service, as soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed with ‘you want a table’ despite having booked. We waited an hour and a half for our main, and they didn’t even acknowledge how long we had to wait, after asking for a discount, they stated to give us 10% off our bill, which actually turned out to be 7%. Then continued to argue with us. Absolutely atrocious.

A good friend recommended this restaurant & after receiving their menu etc through our letterbox we decided to try. We did as they advised and downloaded the app’ and made our order. We checked the app’ after about 60 min’s and was reassured to see it saying ‘cooking’ so we relaxed - At 90 mins we checked again and perturbed by the fact the app’ said ‘cooking’ so we called and was told it was very busy! - after a conversation with no real hint of an apology, we were told 15mins’ …. After 25 min’s we called again and again told it was Saturday and they were busy, I politely reminded him we knew it was busy as it’s a Saturday, but that is what they should be used to doing & i asked why no one bothered to call us or email ? (they had these details) I received no real sincere reply to that question, but was then told “We will send in 20 min’s with free popadoms” as though after 2 plus hours that would excite us - i told him that it was obvious we were lied too re 15 min’s but he deflected that question… we immediately cancelled our order & we await refund. I understand it’s a Saturday night but that said communication should be key! - if they had bothered to contact us or were honest when we called, it would have helped. As for the app’ one can only conclude that when it says ‘cooking’ i would strongly urge you to call and check that statement. It’s a shame, our friend tells us the food was amazing! Sadly we never got the chance to find out.

The food is generally OK but they can't seem to sort out their delivery. They advertise 45 min for delivery and 1 1/2 later we are still waiting. What's worse I called twice and was blatantly lied to. First time they claimed it had already left the restaurant. It's a 5 min drive. When I called again 15 min later they said it had left the restaurant 10 minutes ago and it would be another 5 minutes. As I write this it's another 15 min later. What's worse this is probably about the 4th time there has been a big delay on an order from them. One could say we are stupid to even try again.

Tasty food, friendly service and lovely atmosphere. We love coming to this restaurant and we are always greeted warmly and well fed with very tasty food. We will be back next month!

The food here is great, but the main reason I give this 5* is that the service is really great. I have a dairy allergy, and the staff are so knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. Chilled vibe, and good food - try the south Asian garlic chicken!

Ordered a delivery. Was told it be 45/50 minutes. Over an hour later was told “another 15 minutes “. It wasn’t !! Called again then told she hadn’t recieved the order. Told her don’t worry forget about it. Don’t use them !!!

Great experience, fun time with friends after a shift at work funny and friendly waiter made us all laugh and very patient and food was really good

Following a surprising poor meal last time (usual experience in the past had been delicious) we went again a couple of weeks ago. Delighted to say the meal was delicious, flavoursome and well presented as our previous experiences had always been. Wanted to post this review: I’ve taken down my last rather unflattering review. Great stuff!

I ordered a takeaway on google to pay on pick up. I found this quick and easy to do. The reason why I chose to collect the food was because I live locally and didn't want to give the delivery drivers extra work. What impressed me was that I got discount for collection and the staff were ready to hand me my food. It was my first time ordering and visiting the restaurant. It was a nicely decorated inside with attractive lighting. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was excellent. Nothing to complain about. The food tasted good and I would definitely be ordering from here again.

We've been here many times and generally have a Naga as we like hot food and it's always been excellent. However, we went 2 weeks ago and the Naga we ordered was inedible, it was over spiced, we couldn't eat it and even asked for yoghurt to cool it down. We were so dissapointed and its now made us nervous about ordering a Naga again. We were told by the waiter it was hot because the weather had been hot that day, which is a bit odd as we'd just returned from India and we hadn't experienced that. It won't stop us going but we were just surprised how much it can vary.
