Was given this voucher as a gift and booked to make use of it, stated it was a 3 course meal for 2 from a set menu, when we got to the restaurant we showed the waiter we had a voucher and the code he said we could order from the set menu and also the main menu - we would just have to pay the difference if it was from the main menu and more expensive than any of the choices on the set menu. We ordered 2 starters from the set menu, 1 main from the set menu,1 main from main menu which was cheaper than the set menu main, 2 desserts from the set menu, 1 extra portion of chips ,a cider and a peroni, when we asked for the bill we were charged £26.10 for the main meal,2 drinks and 1 bowl of chips ! The waitress said the voucher is worth £39 so we added up the cost of everything and took the £39.00 off , how does that work??? So the 3 course meal voucher for 2 was not a 3 course meal for 2 its a voucher for £39 - if we had ordered everything from the set menu which came to approx £52 would they have charged us the difference??? Can't see we should have been charged for the main off the main menu as it was cheaper anyway ! I believe this to be falsley advertised if its a voucher for £39 then advertise it as such not a 3 course meal for 2 !!!

I had an amazing experience at Prezzo. The waitress(think her name was Rosie) was excellent and overall staff were great. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly. An amazing night and definitely would go again. ?

The place itself is very nice. Unfortunately I couldn’t say the same about the food. It was a family lunch so it was pretty bad to acknowledge that none of us had finished their plates and we were quite hungry at the end. Only some names and the idea are Italian, in rest, the food was plain, chewy and all in all disappointing. Hope they improve, but for me Never again.

My husband and I went to Prezzo for a meal during December for a change as we are usually regulars at Ask Italian. The tables were dirty, waitress was abrupt, service was slow and the food was no better than a bog standard ready meal. We will stick to Ask Italian in future where we get 5 star service every time without fail and for a better price!

We visited here last night & was very disappointed. Restaurant was very busy, although staff were very pleasant the service was poor maybe due to not enough staff to cope with the amount of people. Our table was decorated with the things we provided, which we greatly appreciated, but my partner did not receive his starter until after the rest of us had finished & when it did arrive it was cold, we then had to wait for another dish to be cooked, l was told it would be deducted from bill, but it was'nt! My son's calzone was cold in the middle, so was not eaten. Not the experience we expected due to the lack of staff & poor food preparation. We did not stay for dessert, just had the birthday cake we brought with us, as it was now 10pm & we just wanted to leave. Prezzo needs to employ more staff to provide the service we expected, especially as this very special occassion was spoilt for us.

We chose from the set menu as we had been given a meal for 2 as a gift at Christmas. Good choices for all 3 courses. We would recommend the hummus and penne arrabiata as both were very tasty. The tiramasu was nice but more chocolate than coffee. Will definitely go for another meal at some point. Service was very good- even though there seemed to only be 2 waiters.

We went there for lunch with a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 children, 1230pm lunch. Restaurant was not busy, service initially was ok but went down hill rapidly. Starters came out as expected but mains took another 45 minutes. Had to chase them up to get any updates. Food eventually came, some hot, some not. Food was overall average which is what you'd expect for a chain restaurant. Nearly died from old age when trying to flag them down for the bill. Waitress was grumpy, obviously copping the flack for other events in the circus that were outside her control. Really let the brand down today, we'll head to Zizzis next time.

We visited the restaurant in Beckenham yesterday (4 adults and two children). The waitress kept forgetting to bring things to our table and when we asked for the bill we had to wait nearly 10 minutes and no-one came to the table so we had to go up to the till ourselves and found the waitress chatting to someone at the bar. We wouldn't have minded if it had been busy bit it wasn't. We also saw another couple come in and sit down and left some 15 minutes later without having been seen by anyone.

We visited this restaurant last week for the first time in some while as had an offer for a bottle of prosecco. The staff they have are good, but there are never enough of them so service is a bit protracted despite their best efforts! Unfortunately we won't be going back anymore as my partner was served what was supposed to be a chicken salad, but had brown lettuce leaves in it!! It also consisted of mostly cucumber with 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half and dry chicken.

We had the 2 courses set menu @ £15.95, which included a glass of wine - we had the chicken pizza (huge) followed by honeycombe cheesecake, all yummy. Perfect venue to meet up with friends as weren't rushed at all. Very friendly and efficient waitress, considering she was working solely she did brilliantly well. Plenty of parking close by - car park behind Lidl or above Sainsbury's, free parking after 7.30pm.

We visited using a Buyagift set meal voucher. When we arrived we were given the wrong menu, a more expensive set meal deal which included a bottle of prosecco. Enrica, the manager, explained that we had been given the wrong menu but said she would not change them over to the cheaper deal as it was their mistake. She even offered us a bottle of prosecco. I can't think of many places where such goodwill would have happened. So we had some very good food and settled for two glasses of house wine, plus the offer of a top up. The service we received from Eniko, our waitress, was first class. It's a big restaurant and with only two people front of house it must be hard for them to keep up when it's busy - they were working flat out. But on this occasion it was perfect and we look forward to going back.

Service very slow, we waited 1.5 hrs for 2 starters and 2 pizzas. Place looks depressing and dirty, definitely i will never come back.
