Just ordered from here and never would again.Don't follow order instructions... Toasted something when I specifically asked for it not to be... Why would I want a load of hot salad?? Disgusting went in the bin.£12!!! Rang up store and wouldn't send another one out. Told me to talk to just eat... Let's see if they refund me.

I would definitely recommend this shop. Boy with a name start with S. he is amazing. The best subway chef. Shop is cleam, each veggie taste fresh. Customer service is FAST and kind. Great place to eat!

Absolute shambles....Failed to tell me they had no chicken teriyaki until my sandwich was cut and ready then"Would you like cheese and toasted" yes please.Bought 2x sandwiches costing £16,get home to find out they had put them in the oven without the oven even being on,Freezing cold solid cheese and still completely soft bread.HOW HARD IS IT!!!!Staff also barely said a word like they had no emotion bar a really weird frozen stare,Strange to say the least.AVOID.

I went to this branch a few times and the quality of the food is consistently not up to scratch compared to other (far better) Subways in London. The salad is not fresh - tastes weird, the meatballs are rock hard. Staff don’t seem to be attentive. The place is clean hence the 1/5.

Ordered from Deliveroo, everything wrong! Bread was stale, meatballs were inedible as they were rock hard and burnt, cheese missing even though paid for extra cheese and hardly and sauce. £10 for a sandwich that had to be thrown away. Convinced they keep the stale food for deliveries. This would never be given to customers in the shop - I would hope!

We were left waiting for 15 mins whiles staff was talking to her manager on the phone. In the end we left whiles she was still on the phone. She could have informed her manager that there were customers. Very poor service at this subway.

Ordered a sub with a Tango Orange, delivers the wrong drink so I phoned up to ask why I got the wrong drink. Despite delivering tells me to come into store to change it, turns out they don't have the drink I asked for so sends me whatever they wish without phoning me to tell me in advance. Then they have to cheek to tell me "come on it's just a drink". Top customer service! Definitely recommend.

The young lady was very friendly. I ask her kindly can she change her glove because I'm vegetarian. Which I she did. Place was nice and clean. I will go bad again.
