it was a very good night out and had great customer service and also had great service behind the bar, i had a few guiness’ and they were very nice

Burnt food and rude staff. Mixed grill food was cremated and my wife had fish and chips, the batter was dark brown. I would not recommend.

Would definitely recommend going ordered a few meals with friends, and the customer service from Ashley and the team was great, the food took only about 20 minutes to come which is extremely fast and the food was very tasty. Customer service was nice overall friendly staff good food nice atmosphere will definately come back!

Welcoming and lovely staff,always served with a smile. Got a bacon cheese burger and couldn’t be more satisfied and quite reasonable prices. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
Despite having booked a table, when we entered the empty bar we were ignored by the staff present and I had to go to the bar to ask for my table and was told I could sit anywhere. We sat down and perused the menu choosing Mac cheese and I ordered 2 M & C and bacon. I took our drinks and sat down Nearly 45 minutes later and with the bar slowly filling up I went back to the bar to enquire where our simple meal was and was told it would be with us in two minutes but they were 'busy'.When the M & C arrived it looked as though the cook had opened two tins and just put a piece of bacon over one and put it under the grill. Fortunately we both like tinned M & C. but when the young waiter asked if everything was ok we mentioned that it could have been a lot warmer. Perhaos another 2 minutes in the microwave ? We then ordered 2 Salted Caramel ices which arrived within 5 minutes. Unfortunately we had to eat them with our fingers as they had obviously just been taken out of the freezer and nothing short of a pneumatic drill would have cut through it.

Came here for some drinks and enjoyed the night. The staff at the bar are very friendly, and you are served almost straight away. There was loads of tables and had live sports to watch.There’s two pool tables in there which is £1.50 per game which is decent enough. And you can tap your contactless card.

I paid for a burger and a beer on this day the beer arrived straight away and about 40mins later still no burger so I went to the bar to ask and the staff looked very confused because they thought they had delivered the food to me.It so happens that they delivered my food to the wrong table and the person ate it and left .I was then told I would receive my refund in three working days ?Today is the 22/12/23 and still no refund I already sent to a message to the Whitehorse wanting my money back but have received no communication
