I love zizis my favourite ordered last night, what the he’ll have they done to the bruschetta????!!!! Very disappointed vinegar sauce all over absolutely drowned in it couldn’t believe it since when was this added! Never will order this again! So so sad

I had an exceptional dining experience the other day thanks to Ticiana serving us. Her attentiveness, genuine warmth, and impeccable service elevated our meal. She anticipated me and my husbands needs and made us feel truly welcomed. A standout professional who significantly enhanced our overall enjoyment. We ordered 2 pizzas and few drinks and the food was super tasty and well cooked, kudos to the chefs at Zizzi Beckenham.Kind regards,Alketa

Absolute rubbish, possibly the worst meal I have ever had.Our waitress twice, yes twice, dropped drinks behind and on us. I ordered a Mezzo Manzo. Possibly the thinest base I have seen and the quantity of topping would fit into an egg cup with room to spare. Glass of red Merlot was ....... very poor.I woukd have complained but given we were with a group, just soaked it up.AVOID......

Disappointing meal for a celebration. The staff were rude and inattentive, and the food well I’ve eaten a lot better at other zizzi’s. They did have some gf options but no menu so had to cross reference with their allergen book. Lovely interior but would not return.

The food on this occasion was a little bland, the calamari slightly overcooked and the smoked salmon risotto was way too al dente for our liking.But I must commend the excellent customer service we received from our waitress Tatiyana, she asked if we enjoyed our meal, as she could see my husband had left most of the risotto.We commented about the risotto and with no fuss, automatically asked if he'd like to choose another dish.My husband ordered a Prawn pasta dish which he enjoyed and Tatiyana came to check that everything was OK.A credit to her it's been such a long time that we've recieved such professional no fuss customer service from waiting staff.Well done and thank you Tatiyana!

Fantastic service yesterday. As soon as we went in the server asked for allergies. As we did have a children’s . All staff was very helpful and very friendly ?The food was delishous !Would definatly return soon .Thank you.

I’ve been to Zizzi’s quite a few times in Bluewater and always had a lovely meal to decided to go to the Beckenham one before the cinema for a quick meal . The restaurant was quiet , it was midweek and awful weather . The service time was ok and the waitress was helpful . One of us had a Bruchetta and I had the ragu . The bread of the Bruchetta was cold and as I took a fork full of ragu from the middle of the bowl mine was also like warm in the middle . Both were sent back and the waitress very apologetic and embarrassed ( it wasn’t her fault ) . The new dish seemed hotter but that was more at one end , I’m not sure if this is heated in a microwave and not evenly heated . The Ragu wasn’t made with the normal wider pasta but with tortellini shaped pasta . The dish had no flavour at all luckily I had Clubcard vouchers to pay with as I’d of been reluctant to pay for what we had . The manager was apologetic when she could see what had happened but I can honestly say this was the worst meal I’ve ever had in a Zizzis and won’t go back there again

Food was tasty, portions were small, my lasagne was burnt at the bottom and was not enough for me... drink were a bit pricey. The service was very lovely and child friendly ?

I love Zizzi but the one in Beckenham has really disappointed me, terrible place!!!worse service ever! Restaurant was almost empty, staff in general not friendly at all. They brought the starters but no plates no cutlery we had to ask twice for that. Then the main course arrived and again had to ask for cutlery and napkins. We ordered some garlic bread never arrived until I asked twice. Food was awful!!! Ordered sea bass was tasteless and greasy, vegetables taken from the bag and literally put on the plate no seasoning at all. Please do not waist your money, avoid this place!

Please be aware that there is no mandatory or optional service charge currently, but the card machine asks for a tip in a way that is hard to skip. If you did not find the service worth a tip, please note that it is not mandatory and the tip can be skipped from the top right corner of the tip screen :)

Visited again and unfortunately on this occasion, disappointed.Brushetta served with virtually whole tomatoes, limited pesto,no onion and base very hard.Main triple peperami pizza, hardly any pepperami base so thin in areas you could see the wooden base,did send back for additional pepperami, came back with again minimum.On a good point the dessert was OK.Unfortunately for the cost and quality would not visit again

Terrible place. Waited almost an hour to be served. The food was absolutely awful. I can’t believe anything is cooked on-site. The pizza base was rock hard with hardly any topping. There are much much nicer pizza restaurants to go to. Avoid this place.
