I just ordered 10 pieces bucket family feast. When I got home I found only 6 pieces, a corn cob, one bake beans and 2 small chips. I will be going back to get my refund. This is stealing.

Purchased a zinger stacker via the app. Took one bite out of it and it was so chewy it made me feel sick. I spat the food straight out and took it back to the manager for a refund. The manager Moshin then proceeded to tell me that he cannot do refunds for online orders. Fair enough but I then asked him what the solution would be. He goes he does not know and that I need to contact customer service. I then gave him the bag with the burger inside and he refused to take it off me and walked away. I then threw it in the bin. I received zero apology from the manager. I have a complaint now raised with customer service in how to get my money back. Just for customers looking to use the app. If you collect your food and do not eat it due to quality or an item is missing you cannot get your money back straight away from the store. I’d avoid Beckon or KFC in general. The meat is gristly and chewy. There are much better alternatives out there that have more freshness.

Wow a little lemon moist hand wipe….thought they was discontinued years ago……on opening they was bone dry it was like unfolding a piece of paper! Lucky I asked for a spoon as there wasn’t one in the bag and I would have had to drink my beans ??come on beckton you can do better than that ……. The moist wipes have been discontinued for ages …..they probably didn’t have no serviettes…..so just chucked them in the bag as a replacement 4fs ……. ???

First and last time in here. Soggy chicken, soggy fries, I swear they've watered down the gravy to make it go further as it was tasteless not the usual stand your spoon in it amazingly thick gravy! No mayonnaise no apology for no mayonnaise. As for the staff..... typical, entitled, sorry I'm on my phone no time to do my job kind of people. No hello, no please, no thank you. Don't wait to see for yourself simply avoid.

I had a gravy box and ended up having the worst food POISONING in my entire life. I had a bad fever and was puking for 1 week. Do NOT eat any food from here unless you want to damage your health. I'd want my money back and compensation for wasting my entire week plus the suffering I had to go through.

I ordered from just eat and spent quite a bit of money o ly for my food to turn up late and cold. They packed our cold bottles of drink in with our food, very bad service and not a care given, wouldn't even answer the phone so I could ask

Most of the time, they give wrong food, and the person who takes the order seems like he has more important things to do rather than listening to the customer properly as if he is busy saving the world ??And if you, by any chance, ask for extra ketchup, they act like you've asked for their kidney or so....Because it's the only Halal KFC nearby, people don't have any other choice so they go their so kindly PLEASE up your standard of both FOOD and SERVICE ?

I used to come here a lot as this drive thru closes quite late and is the only local one open till late for a bite to eat but it’s disappointing because every single time I go there something from my order is always missing! Most times a piece of chicken is missing or something from one of my box meals which is annoying seeing as how expensive it’s gotten now. I don’t understand how they can always forget something .. I understand it’s busy but you’re selling overpriced chicken and then not even packing it in the order. This drive thru is always very busy as it’s a popular shopping retail park. Food is good but the service needs to improve.

This is the 3rd time l have ordered a home delivery & each time there are items missing from my order. I have tried to call you 8 times tonight & you keep hanging up. The first two orders l let go without complaint. But tonight l ordered a side of Corn on the cob & a 4 piece chicken which comes with Fries & a free drink. 2 portions of Hot Wings & a portion of Chilli Chicken.The Fries were Awful & inedible, and l will be binning them & the drink was Totally non existent & so was my Corn on the Cob. My food was delivered by Deliveroo. I will be coming to the Store tomorrow for a full refund. What kind of an establishment are you running there? KFC BECKTON are definitely going down the PAN... Very sad indeed!!! ?

Food was standard KFC and not overly greasy. Service in the drive through was really slow the last couple visits… no clue why. Didn’t dine in so can’t really comment on atmosphere.
