Really great customer service; special thanks to Sharmin, our excellent waitress.Vegetarian options: It is one of the best restaurants for vegetarians in the whole area. It totally out-competes any other pizza restaurant and pretty much all the nearby restaurants in terms of providing great food for vegetarians.Parking: Never had a problem parking right outside.Kid-friendliness: There is no better place to bring the kiddos and have family fun. Great family deals and there is the kids buffet and ofcourse the ice cream!

Disappointing honestly. The staff were friendly and wished us a happy new year on the way out, but the food just wasn't all that.My brother had a better experience than myself as his food was lovely and hot each time, but my pizza was much thinner, quite dry and not super hot when it came out. The sides were all hot and super nice but the dessert was even worse...his cookie was scolding hot but my 'hot chocolate brownie' was completely cold. It tasted nice but that's not what I paid for.All in all, not worth the £50+ I spent on this meal.

Customer care is very poor.Staff member was turning salad over when we came in. She looked up we asked for a table for 2 she showed us to table and said Scan code.Didn't check if we knew how to if we didn't have a phone we would of been stuck.Brought plates for food and said Salad is there but was not given anything to put them in. Bowls were under Salad bar.When food was Brought out lady went to make herself a drink, we asked for sauce she said its here.She was standing next to it but we had to get up.Resent paying so much for a pizza should of eaten in.It was not a pleasure or enjoyable nobody checked if food was OK.If we hadn't of prepaid I would of complained and walked out.Pizza Hut when did you let your customer care drop to these standards it's tragic.

I've become a regular here as my son is just in love with the whole buffet concept in pizza hut. I've always had a very pleasant experience with our server Sharmin. She's always been so helpful, kind and the sweetest with my son. Thank you for always serving us with a smile.Kid-friendliness: My son is autistic and sometimes very sensitive to his environment. We have only had positive experiences here with him.

I've come here at 10pm half an hour before closing time. The waitress says that they are no longer serving and only available for takeaway. We've come from quite far seeing that it closes at 10.30 online, it should be clearer then.

The salad bar is just just terrible , one of the main reasons we went to Pizza Hut, but now it's lost anything that costs money, which means you have nachos and come cut vegetables. Even the morrisons salad bar is better than pizza huts now. Great brand is being run to the ground. What a shame.

Pizza Hut have definitely upgraded, lovely Pizza, great salad bar, what's not to like..? This one at Beckton Triangle is brilliant. Find myself & my wonderful friend coming back here time after time. Great food great service, Binu is especially helpful. Well done PH..??

I came in with my husband and 3 children and wanted the buffer. The food was prepared right away and tasted fresh and really nice. Unfortunately my husband was called to work as soon as we sat down to eat and Unfortunately was only able to have 2/3 small slices of pizza. My children and I stayed and managed to enjoy our meal. I tried to explain the situation with my husband but it seemed a bit difficult to get some support or above and beyond service. I asked if I could take some food with me for husband as I had already paid but seemed to feel like I was asking for something I shouldn't have asked for. In the end they said I could take 4 slices of pizza and nothing else as its "not encouraged" we had salad left over which I wanted to taken seen as it was going to get thrown out and I had paid for an adults share of food that wasn't eaten but again was basically told sorry its not encouraged to take for away. I felt very uncomfortable by this. That aside all staff were friendly and nice and were attentive but could only do what they could as hands were tied in other areas.Thank you all staff and chefs.My children definitely enjoyed getting their own food and were happy getting their own icecream.Probably will come back but maybe not for the buffet.
I felt uncomfortable being constantly told we would be charged extra if we shared our salad bowls or ice-cream factory dessert. There were multiple ordered to the table and it's isual for me to taste a bite or 2 from my families ice-cream whilst waiting for my dessert. But being warned prior to the meal a couple of times made us all feel really on edge and created a stressful atmosphere.

After a nice family day out we thought we would treat our daughter to pizza hut. I used to love going to pizza hut when I was younger and although I don't expect much from pizza hut, the service we received was terrible! The whole ordering with a QR code does not bother me at all but we waited 30/40 minutes for our food, there was nothing in the salad bar except nachos and sauce and people that arrived after us not only had their orders taken by staff but received their food within 10/15 minutes! We ordered a meal deal so our dessert was included but it took us another 30 minutes to receive that and only after my partner went up to complain to be told they were prioritising pizza first (for select customers only, and it wasn't busy), we only got a cheesecake (out of the fridge) and cookie dough (5 mins to warm up) and ended up after 20 mins of waiting having it as takeaway as our daughter was starting to get restless in the highchair.I think if we do go pizza hut again it won't be in Beckton even though it's our local.I must say that those who were served swiftly and made sure their dining experience were of a standard, were not black or white - they were left to wait ridiculous amount of time! And if you do want to order from the waiter, you definitely can as they did, whilst we were told QR code ordering only!Food was decent minus the empty, unlimited salad bar but that's about it.

Do not host parties here! The manager is always very rude! Experienced it many times. She will ruin your big day over petty issues. Will constantly hover around tables to count drinks and salad bowls like everyone is out there to scam Pizza Hut - avoid until they change the manager - she needs to go!
