Train was in 5 minutes, ordered a kids meal and some extra chips just for something to tide me over. Instead of doing it the workers pretended to look busy when all they had to do was pick up a burger and chips and put them in a bag and pour a small drink. As someone who works in the service industry I was dissapointed. Took over 5 minutes with only one other customer in the place, missed my train, burger was plastic, at least the chips were warm.

Sold me food which had been sat around for in excess of an hour and was cold. I was late for a train so only noticed it when I opened up the bag upon the train. If it wasn't for the fact I used to work at a Burger King I wouldn't have realised how bad it was, and I could have been seriously ill.
Nice and crispy chicken burger with decent quality. The waitress was friendly and offered good options for us. Calm and chilled environment in a new, quiet corner of Canary Wharf near the new developments.

Went to my favourite fast food shop this evening and I really enjoyed my food. It was cooked and prepared perfectly and the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. My family was also pleased with it. I can’t wait to be in Victoria again.

Incredibly awful restaurant. In a few visits since pandemic have had cold food (which I now feel sick from), slow service and prices that bear little relation to this shown in the menu. I used to love burger king but I give up. Just dreadful.

I was out around Victoria during lunch time and wanted Something to eat, I’ll thought I’ll have Burger King as it has been a while and I was very pleased with my decision, Fresh and tasty food alongside great service, I’d definitely recommend!!

The cook there plant based burgers on the same grill as meat :(. Which is unacceptable. You should let people know that you do that as they will not buy it. I will never eat burger king food again after this.
